Great property clean and great pool service by Juan. However the drinks are watered down and the transportation from place to place could use some help

Excelente servicio y organización

La atención del personal fue magnífica, todos son muy atentos. La comida en el restaurante buffet estuvo deliciosa y con mucha variedad. El hotel tiene muy buena infraestructura, es muy bonito y ofrece muchas actividades.

El servicio de los restaurantes, fue espectacular. Excepto el Fish market. El Takara fue sin duda el mejor de todos, superó toda expectativa, excelente. El TEPANYAKI riquísimo y muy buen servicio. Otro lugar q no tiene opciones variadas y el servicio del supervisor no es bueno, es la única área q está abierta para alimentos hasta las 4:00 am. Me parece q el nombre del lugar era SNACK BAR, la persona a cargo, no fue amable. Sus meseros SI lo fueron. El servicio de cada barra, fue bueno. Su supervisora Juana fue excelente. La verdad es q ellos usan mucha azúcar en los tragos así q elConsumidor debe ajustarse pensando como puede aprovechar la opción de bebidas. El baño de la habitación debe tener mayor privacidad, por q esa cortina no fue conveniente. Viajé con amigos y pudimos resolver con tape para pegar la cortina que da para la ducha del baño. En la mañana el personal hace ruido excesivo y la puerta no tiene cadena de seguridad, por lo q entran ya q no logran escuchar cuando se le pide q no entren. Siempre hay uno q otro listo, pero eso lo pusimos en su lugar. Los eventos deben ser más coordinados. En la piscina de adultos de AQUAMARINE hace falta música constante para entretener a los huéspedes. Debe tener más opciones de buffet, por q es muy limitado.

This resort was the perfect vacation for my daughter and I. Beautiful and clean hotel. Employees are the best; warm, helpful, fun, sweet. We didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. The entertainment staff was the best: Jose is number 1- Isaac, Richard, Oblandy, Bev and Ray. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. We both agreed this was our favorite vacation. As soon as we save some money, we will be back. Loved everything. Oh, gorgeous pool too.

Resort overall was good but not great. Nice pool but needs a thorough cleaning and paint job all around . Plenty of pool chairs but definitely not enough umbrellas . Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. I was under the empression I was booking a garden view room but we were given a room overlooking a wall and walkway of employees . Unfortunately our toilet tank was very slow to fill up ( 16 mins until the next person could flush) . Called for it to be fixed ( still wasn’t when we left 6 days later) . What we quickly found out at this resort is that you have to start tipping the employees asap in order to get good service (room cleaning , bars , restaurants…) . We usually tip very well for great service but in this resort it felt like we had to buy great service. Great restaurant options . Great buffet . Snack bar options are limited . Overall this was a nice resort . It just felt like the details were missing , the little things that make it feel special . I would definitely suggest to confirm a room with at least a real garden view if you want to enjoy your balcony .

Friendliness

The property was clean, personnel was very courteous. Food options were plenty and very nice restaurants. Although not too many umbrellas in the pool area.

Una gran estadía con un staff maravilloso. Buena comida y buenas actividades. La playa estaba llena de sargazo lo que es un problema en toda Punta Cana. Volveré sin pensarlo dos veces.

Me encanto la atención y el trato fue excelente. Para ser un hotel solo adultos las actividades terminan temprano y solo la disco hasta tarde. El alcohol poca y limitada las bebidas internacionales.

The property is very dated, my shower was very old and dirty, and the knob was coming off. The staff just had a lot of attitude. There were some nice ones, but for majority of them, they just did not smile and they had a lot of attitude, the pool chairs were really old and they brought out some new ones, And they never brought what they were supposed to bring to my room two or three times. I felt like I was inconveniencing them, the food was decent. And the restaurant some of them were really good. During the dining, the staff were really great,. Overall, I would rate it a two out of five, and I would not go back.

I love every moment of this trip minus the cats roaming around. I loved the restaurants: MEATS, LIMBO and TexMex. Fireshow was awesome too! I will coming back.

Love this resort, makes you feel like home. The staff is absolutely incredible

Property was not very clean. There was mold in our shower. No blanket on the beds. First room the back door did not lock. Food at the buffet was not good at all. Scorching hot water in the bathroom. Fridge barely worked in the room.

Didn’t like it at all compared to all the other resorts I’ve visited. Tv had extreme static only two channels in English only two outlets on the opposite side of the room one behind the dresser shower had rust and stains the ac got cool just enough to keep you from sweating as long as you was sitting still. Wasn’t aware that it was a combination of four different sub resorts and they are all connected in many ways but they expect you not to wander into a different section I found this difficult as the restaurants and activities are scattered throughout all sections. If I wanted to get a drink from the bar I had to walk a distance so I found myself getting multiple drinks at a time and bringing them to my room. The people working the buffet were really nice
