This was my first time at a resort and it wasn't too shabby. The resort is perfect in terms of stay, food, service, and entertainment when you can find what was going on. Wish they had mentioned they had a website/app at the start of our stay. The only things I didn't like was the bug bites from the property, sand flies, mosquitos, etc. Mine and my partners legs were ate up badly to the point we were not able to enjoy the last few days are the bite were really activated with the heat and the itch unbearable. Secondly, if items were priced extremely high at the shop. I forgot my sunscreen and went to purchase and it cost me $45 USD which is insane, so definitely do not forget this or you will be paying a bit. and lastly, they have a resort club on the property and they mislead us to thinking we were getting a tour of the property (which we never received), only to find out it was a ploy to try to sell us a membership through a point systems that didn't make any sense at all. I highly recommend just saying no. Once they start talking about a presentation just say no or someone will talk to you for about 90 minutes, just say no. Granted the woman who assigned is really good at her job, its a scam unfortunately. Other than that, it was such a lovely time, the staff are so nice, very accommodating, the buffet was lovely, the entertainment did it's job. Beautiful property, the pool was amazing, the beach also, 4/5 stars.

We loved our stay. The beach is so beautiful, the staff very nice and excellent service everywhere. Planning to return next year!

Wasted 30 mins with Caribe photographer. When inquiring on purchasing photos via email. Someone named Selena said how can I help you then stopped responding when I inquired into the photos taken during our stay. I received WhatsApp messages asking for me to western union $ for photos and someone showing a computer with the photos which appears to be from some location other than Caribe. I'm now concerned that pictures being taken by the photographers are taken offsite then who knows. This whole experience was disturbing and so now its on Expedia. I sent an email to resort and never got a response about the whole situation. E-mail:caribeclub@princess-hotels.com. Room was full of mosquitoes. Catamaran was broke or busy during the 4 days I asked about it. Shows were nothing to bring you back. Food was a 2.5 out 5. Most of it was bland. No avocados, really! This place has a management problem. Teen room was to hot to hang in for kids and things were broken. Gym things were broken. This place has a management problem.

Practically no activities, cocktail and the food were very average, the service of very poor, they say it's a four stars , not more than a 3 stars

The first things you see upon arrival are two nasty ponds. The swamps along the driveway had a nasty odor which caused mosquitoes to bite us the entire time. The towel supply was inadequate for three people. The food in the buffet was rotten and the snack bar food seemed to be leftovers from the buffet. The drinks were not setved on the beach. You had to go yo the bars to get a drink. We couldn't find photographers to take professional pictures. The personnel were friendly.

We had issues with housekeeping not leaving enough bath towels multiple days. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
