La propiedad en sus alrededores y lobby es muy presentable y bonita. Pero los asensores son desagradables en cuanto a limpieza. De hecho solo funciona uno y con mucha lentitud.
El apartamento que me asignaron tenía muchos detalles que mejorar y no estaba muy limpio.
Las toallas olian mal y tuve que solicitar cambiarlas.
En la comunicación tienen que mejorar, ser mas atentos y amables. Me encantaría volverlos a visitar y ver que hayan mejorado porqué realmente el lugar es agradable y está ubicado en una excelente zona.

Beside the construction going on 24 hours non stop made it difficult to sleep also the pool was. Out of service for my entire stay like always is not the first time i stay here the pool is always down

Renté un Delux apartment pero le falta muchísimo para que sea "Deluxe", cocina poco equipada, no cuenta con extractor de olores, no hay lavadora secadora, la terraza (mas bien un balconcito) esta muy empolvado para ser usado. El edificio aún tiene areas en construcción y hay mucho polvo. La piscina no está habilitada, los ascensores que son nuevos suenan como viejos. La relación precio - calidad no es acorde a lo que he pagado.

The place is very pretty but that’s it. The elevator was not working properly, there was not an iron, I Found Bugs on the beg so I stayed on the couch watching movies since it was only one night. Hot water only worked for about 4 or 5 minutes and then it was gone.
