Front desk very bad customer service and check in takes too long. First room we got was in a bad conditions no tables or dresser and the bathtub was clogged. Mosquitos flying in the room and the TV kept turning on and off. I asked for a different room and they told me I had to wait until next day. My husband asked to speak to supervisor and we got one that same day. We had no hot water until the day we checked out.

This is my first review ever and we can say that we would never return to this resort. During our 5 night stay, we have had a terrible experience. From the very beginning of our stay, we had experienced cold showers and no internet connection. We have explained and discussed about it multiple times to reception and supervisor. They stated that they will send someone to get it “fixed”. However, the following nights there was no fix, they tried to switch our rooms and it was a room that was smaller and still no hot water or internet. It became a “general” problem across the resort, which they never mentioned from the beginning. We spend 5 nights without any hot water and any internet connection in our room.
When I had originally booked the resort there was no information on renovation being done. Upon our arrival, there was a pool renovation happening and a restaurant closed also due to renovation.
The reception, service, and employees were very rude and dry. They did not have any sense of urgency to help us or their customers. When explaining anything such as concerns or trying to reserve, there was attitude and eye rolling.
I wouldn’t personally recommend any of my family and friends to consider staying at this resort.
I truly hope the management, employees, and the service becomes better.

Me lleno de disgusto la reservación de Restaurant a la carta. La política es reservar a las 9 am de mismo día, fui el primero en llegar y ya no había cupo en las mejores horas, me pareció inapropiado y una falta de respeto al cliente.

La propiedad estaba en remodelacion no nos notificaron con anticipacion. Las picinas y barras cerradas solo habia 1 picina y 1 aera de comer disponible para todo el hotel. El aire de mi habitacion nunca la arreglaron y tampoco me cambiaron de habitacion

1. Booked 4 rooms and all had issues such as: flying ants infestation, shower water prepping tube fell off the wall, broken coffee maker, no hot water, low water pressure.
2. Buffet options casa Blanca had bad tasting food only el pilón was worth it but had limited options.
3. Area around the hotel while driving in the shuttle was contaminated with empty water bottle all over and so was the beach in some areas.
4. People working at the pilón were attentive however people at the front desk acted bothered by the issues with the room and had an attitude

We were upgraded upon arrival bc it was our anniversary. They gave us a jacuzzi that didn’t work and a Terrance door that sprained my shoulder. And on top of it all they tried to sell us time share. When we denied they got super aggressive.
The staff had the best hospitality however, the property should pay them wayyy more for what is expected of them.
I know now why we were REALLY upgraded. They wanted us to buy into the time share, so they gave us VIP “amenities” that don’t really work everywhere. Becareful booking read everything!
