Es un hotel que nos encanta. Y tenemos mas de 20 años visitándolo, cuando era el Hacienda.
Pero, lamentablemente, esta vez no fue tan buena la experiencia. La última noche, un grupo de clientes estaban molestando justo al lado del balcón de nuestra habitación. Desde la 1 de la madrugada, hasta casi las 2, que tuve que salir a buscar la seguridad fue un tormento, imposible de dormir. Por fin llegó un seguridad y no hicieron caso. Tuve que volver a salir, y llegaron 6 más. Nos dieron las 3 de la madrugada. Fue triste. Que pongan ofertas para beneficio nuestro y acaben entrando personas que no saben convivir con los demás.

I've been in the hospitality business for 46 years up and down the east coast with hotels ,Resorts , And Private clubs. The staff is excellent. From the smiling Bellman to Miss Terasa who cleaned my room. the front desk was very accomadating , I had a couple special requests and they were very helpful to me and my wife's family. I spent my honeymoon there, and will return October for our anniversary.

we need to wait 2 hours after 3pm to get our 2 rooms, not ready when we did the check in at 3pm, not hot water at all we call every day for this matter, maintaince go check and never gave us an answer on what is happening.

Lo que fue precio, limpieza, calidad de alimentos, seguridad, servicio y planta física, fue mas que excelente nos encantó, pero, compramos esta oferta para pasar la fecha del dia de los padres, solo estariamos en la propiedad cerca de dia y medio y noa agarraron el domingo, que era el unico dia q estaríamos a tiempo completo en el lugar, con un supuesto regalo, que termino siendo una charla de casi medio dia en el cual nos queria vender a empujones una membresía a yn club de socios con unas supuestas ofertas de viaje y descuentos de hoteles, estanos sumamente molestos con este suceso nobpagamos para asistir a una charla en beneficio del tropical, sino para disfrutar un corto periodo de tiempo libre costeado con nuestro dinero no fue regalado. Considero esta práctica como una falta de respeto la cual debe suspenderse. Si la compañia quiere vender membresías debe pagar espacio en el aeropuerto o en otro lugar no interferir con turistas que visitamos las facilidades la disfrute familiar utilizando los pocos ahorros que juntamos para estos fines. Por esta situacion estamos molestos

It was not a great experience for us. We purchased a stay for 2 adults and 2 children through Expedia. When we arrived and checked in they charged us an extra of $250 for one child. They said we had put 2 infants.
First day the toilet got clogged. We did wait for total of 4 hours for someone to come fixed it. We called once, and went to the receptionist twice before finally getting someone to have it unclog the toilet. The toilet continued getting clogged everyday until our last day. We never put in paper for the toilet to clog up.
The first 2 days there was no pressure on the shower and no hot water. The room smelled like mold.
We did the tour and they offered us a timeshare/gold packages. We told them the reasons for not doing it and after a while they became aggressive with and continued to convinced us after we told them no thank you.
Other than the issues above, our stay was pleasant with the pools and the food was good.

La nourriture était très bonne (au buffet ou aux différents restaurants à la carte), le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients
L'équipe d'animation est au top pour les enfants, les spectacles du soir sont super
