Muy hermoso todo la vista al mar todo bello las habitaciones muy limpias la comida muy buena todo estaba muy bueno esa playa tan linda y cristalina la arena blanquita hermosa waww quede encantada todo el personal me trato muy bien estoy feliz volvere muy pronto si Dios me lo permite

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep in. Most places that ask you here in DR that ask you not to flush paper waste in the toilets offer a bidet hose, however, they tell you throw your paper in the trash can with your dirty waste?? Gross! The bathroom have mildew and the shower head didn’t even stay on the shower pedestal so you had to hold it while showering. The buffet was subpar and unsafe food temperature surely I got a little food poisoning since I did have to run to the bathroom often with Montezuma’s revenge! Overall, when you think of an all-inclusive resort, you’d expect to have ice and available and food whenever you want it… not so much… maybe I am a spoiled American but guess what, I paid for that luxury… oh well… I won’t be staying here again… I will say the staff were friendly.

Choisir les chambres donnant sur la mer ou dans la section tranquille de l’hôtel. Si votre chambre donne sur la piscine principale c’est très bruyant et tu entends tout bruit qui provient du corridor ou des voisins des autres chambres. La nourriture est très bonne en général au buffet.

Arrived at property was not greeted properly, Staff is rude, dog barking right in front of room for hours couldnt sleep, flies all over the food specially at the snack bar, food is horrible, people cant even wait for you because they get charge $50 to be on the property "waiting", can't review the lunch or dinner buffet because during my 4 day stay I didnt bother to go check after I saw how the snack bar looked. Walking out of my room wearing flips flops and my sneakers in hand the security guard yells "esos me sirven a mi" basically hey give me those shoes they fit me. I only came back to the property to shower, I wouldn't recommend it. Horrible experience.

We spent two wonderful days. The service in all areas was 10/10. Everyone was very friendly, the area were clean, and the beach was beautiful. They don’t have irons in the rooms, but if you ask at reception they’ll provide one, although I don’t know if it costs extra.

Buen hotel, excelente atencion al cliente por parte del personal. La comida es muy buena, hay variedad, calidad y cantidad. Buenas habitaciones, seguras y frescas, incluyen agua caliente.
Y lo mejor, puedes movilizarte en Uber, mas seguro, confiable, y economico que los taxis de la isla.
Recomiendo utilizar Uber para trasladarse.
