Luxury Suites Riverfront GYE

The property was very clean and well maintained. Lots of security. The building is on the riverfront with many excellent restaurants within a few steps. Vibrant night life which was unfortunately very noisy when trying to sleep. Within walking distance to many attractions.

Everything was excellent, and very clean I give it a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you.

The apartment was in a great location and very clean and well maintained.

Room was clean and nice. I certainly wouldn’t call it Luxury at least not by US standards, but it was more than adequate. The huge highlight is the location, walk out the back door of the lobby and you’re right on the River, huge number of restaurants to choose from and lots of activity. It also felt very safe, there seems to be a large police presence all along the boardwalk. You can easily walk to LaPerla and the length of Malecon which includes lots of things to do museums, art studios, ride’s, attractions shopping and eating. During the day (I wouldn’t do it at night) you could easily walk up to the 400 steps to the lighthouse or out to Iguana Park and the cathedral. Also Sweet and Coffee is right next door. The location could also be a reason to hate it. Even on the 7th floor there was lots of noise from the boardwalk until 2 or 3 in the morning. The single pain windows are not going to keep it out, they also move in their tracks when the wind blows causing an annoying click that would wake me up. But if you love to be part of the party it’s great. The windows open and you can enjoy the sounds of people playing and partying below. I found a sleep mask and brown noise from a Spotify playlist made sleeping easy when I was ready for the party to end. Negatives: No laundry facility in house. The furniture in the living room is odd and uncomfortable. The leather had held up over time but the cloth is faded and worn. Elevators can be hard to catch when everyone is leaving.

Everything, it was incredible. I went with my family and they had a great time.

I loved it! This is a jewel and so affordable! Book it! I was so lucky the music on the strip was a concert with music from my favorite artist. I really needed it and opened the window and enjoyed a VIP concert! It was quite an experience. Loved it. BOOK IT!

Fue increíble, extremadamente seguro, con guardias por todas partes, haciendo rondas en cada piso. Agradable y limpio en todas las áreas de nuestra estancia, definitivamente lo recomendaría y los usaré para mi próxima estancia.

Si viajas con familia es una excelente opcion porque el departamento es muy cómodo

The property is close to the Malecon and airport. The shades and windows were dirty. It looked a bit drab inside.

La suite la recibí muy limpia y tiene una gran vista al río Guayas.

Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes, farmacias y sitios turísticos. El acceso fue muy sencillo. Por dentro, el departamento es muy cómodo y con una limpieza óptima. El soporte de los anfitriones fue de primera. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo.
