Everyone was great from bellboy to manager. They always listen to you and try to make your experience better. Abdulrahman the receptionist was very helpful and great to deal with.

Staff was very polite and friendly. We took the half board option, breakfast and dinner menus were dry generous, included many choices and the food was very fresh and tested good
The swimming pools and beach are very well maintained and the whole landscaping is beautiful
Will definitely plan another trip very soon

Went with my autistic son. Staff were very accommodating to him and made the stay very pleasant. We loved every day of us being there. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The main restaurant staff were fantastic. My son eats a specific type of rice which we bought with us and every day they would warm it up for us and have it ready for him. Place is very clean and peaceful. We had an all inclusive package. The sea view could have been better as there wasn’t much sea we could see from our room. The bellboy Ashraf was amazing. All the other staff in restaurant and the Asian restaurant were amazing. The gentleman cleaning our room every day did a fantastic job. Egypt is a tricky one. The cab drivers and shops always try to rip you off but staying at this hotel the staff were some of the best people I have met. All in all I will go here again and again and again. Very happy with our experience. Thank you Baron Paalce you made our stay magical.

Confusing design very hard to find your way around resort. No logical direct paths to almost all locations. Food was average and many cases dry and not very tasteful. Purchased club level yet many items were only available for extra cost. Staff was overworked and short handed.

Great service, nice sandy beach/house reef. Family and adults only was separated. Renovating the pier, so that was slightly loud, therefore annoying.
Great gardens, facilities. Never felt overcrowded.
Food was ok. Best food was the egyptian restaurant.
Room was specious, light, with a partial view of the ocean. Room was very clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable, hardest thing we've ever slept on. 3 toppers didnt help. Had to use the couch cushions to make it bearable. On checkout the receptionist suggested that we couldve swapped out the matress... maybe that shouldve been mentioned after the 2nd time we asked for additional toppers.... not sure yet if we would stay there again

L’hôtel est d’un calme absolu et le service est parfait. La chambre est extrêmement agréable, l’agencement est parfait.
Je suis venue pour profiter de la jetée et admirer les coraux. C’était magnifique.
Vous pouvez venir et vous n’aurez qu’une envie c’est d’y rester et de revenir.

The Baron Palace is a true pleasure in Hurghada. The place is beautiful and fantastic. I spent a week with my older mother and we had a great time ( Food, room, swimming pool, beach and sea, great staff, fine service, ..). I really advise the Baron Palace as place to stay in Hurghada

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. the customer service and the beauty of this hotel cannot be matched. From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. Really enjoyed the adults only areas provided.

Place is marvelous , staff are friendly, food is delicious. But No shower at beach, no water or juice at dinner, no night entertainments or shows. Transportation fees arranged by hotel is very expensive and exaggerated
