The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing.

Great hotel, plenty of space, lovely pools, our favourite was the adult only relax pool, staff so helpful and friendly. Will put the towels on your sunbed for you, drinks brought round for you, even without asking! Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Very clean, beautiful grounds, good choice of restaurants to eat in, all food is really good, with a lot of choice. Will defo come back

Stuff is unhelpful. Service is very bad and stuff is rude. They are trying to make money on you, not matter what, especially if you are not from Russia, but from US or Europe. Very bad service and very old hotel and rooms.

Struttura grande ma meno di molte altre e girabile cmq tutta a piedi senza troppo impegno. Piscine belle di cui una riscaldata. Personale Diving Top e molto dolci con mio figlio di 10 anni.

Dont use the"free airport transfer" from the hotel. They didnt show up either on arrival or our departure. We had to call them both times to get them to come - not fun at 4am. Also if you have any dietary allergies like gluten or dairy do NOT go here. They dont have a lot of options - even though they will tell you they do before you book.

Struttura molto ordinata e pulita. Personale gentile, cibo ottimo. Bellissima barriera corallina per lo snorkeling. Non c'è bisogno di fare escursioni altrove per vedere la barriera, quella del resort è di gran lunga migliore. Per chi vuole è presente anche l'animazione del villaggio. Soggiorno perfetto.

Tornata a distanza di un anno, abbiamo mangiato meglio grazie al cuoco italiano. Personale della reception disponibile e risolutivo. Struttura grande ma meno di molte altre e girabile cmq tutta a piedi senza troppo impegno. Piscine belle di cui una riscaldata. Personale Diving Top e molto dolci con mio figlio di 10 anni.

All was good except some of the animators was annoying. Need to be more polite with guests and don’t impose opinion what guests shell to do. Guest are for relax, not for stress.

Dont use the"free airport transfer" from the hotel. They didnt show up either on arrival or our departure. We had to call them both times to get them to come - not fun at 4am. Also if you have any dietary allergies like gluten or dairy do NOT go here. They dont have a lot of options - even though they will tell you they do before you book.

Struttura molto ordinata e pulita. Personale gentile, cibo ottimo. Bellissima barriera corallina per lo snorkeling. Non c'è bisogno di fare escursioni altrove per vedere la barriera, quella del resort è di gran lunga migliore. Per chi vuole è presente anche l'animazione del villaggio. Soggiorno perfetto.

Excellent experience on all counts; staff, amenities, restaurants; beach; cleanliness, swimming pool and shopping area. Complimentary pickup and drop off to the airport was a nice gesture. Enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and check-out process went seamless.
