Triumph White Sands

L’endroit est situé dans un secteur de type balnéaire malheureusement quand nous y sommes allés toutes les commodites etaient fermés restaurants magasins et… La chambre était propre et confortable . La plage géniale, les employés sont très gentils et prévenants nous avions payé pour vue mer sur le balcon ( minuscule ) mais les vitres qui servaient de balustrade etaient tellement sales qu’on ne voyait rien à moins d’être debout Les chiens errants sur la plage font pitiés c’est désolant de les voirs sans nourriture Sinon nous avons appréciés cet endroit Qui doit être extraordinaire en saison

The staff are your biggest asset special mention to Reception staff Ahmad,Jermeen and Rowan Restaurant staff,,,Hazem,Emad,Karim,Ahmed,Seif and Maysan. Each and every member of your staff could not do enough for us with that beautiful Egyptian smile and hospitality. They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel..We will definately be back again...

Very friendly staff, nice and clean hotel, good quality food but overpriced hotel

The facility was nice in general, especially the staff who are always willing to please and help. Cleanliness could have been much better. The sea was amazing and having two beaches is a big plus. Surrounding areas are not the best in terms of cleaning and quietness. Music depends on the personal taste, so cannot really complain about it. But, it was pretty loud in most cases. In general, it was good experience for me and my family.

Hotel right on the beach. Very comfortable beds and very nice shower with ample hot water. The staff and service was especially excellent.

Staff friendly but need more orientation regarding hotel management. Also the window are not well fitting the wind pass through all night whistling and disturbing our sleep.

Staff are friendly , helpful and nice i recommend this hotel 💯. They have they own private beaches and they have easy and fun transport. Thank you guys see you next year.

Marvellous Holiday, I have really enjoyed every moment of my vacation although this was my first time to visit Marsah Matrouh. I want to thank Mr Mohamed Ahmed for the quick and easy check in and check out processes. Also, I want to thank Mr Ahmed Magdy, the duty manager for his friendly welcoming and, last but not least, I’d like to thank Mr Hisahm Fahmy , the head chief for the delicious dinner he used to cook ever evening. I really enjoyed the beach a lot and my daughter had a lot of fun.

Friendly staff, clean facilities Food was wonderful . The room was ses side view not direct sea view Beach was small but ok One draw back , was noise from nearby hotels

Excellent séjour pour des vacances. Il y a la possibilité d’accéder à une plage privée fantastique en face de l’hôtel en bateau pour 150 LE. Séjour en demi-pension avec une cuisine sur place au top.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room and beautiful beach. The lifts were not working properly despite it is a new hotel.
