V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh

Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards. Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room. Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests. staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children. We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked. The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Lobby and hallways too loud for people trying to sleep list goes on and on i’m afraid

The advertising and image that this hotel presents online is the opposite of what you'll find once you arrive. It's dirty, chaotic, run-down, not well maintained, and overall just a cheap crap hotel. If they advertised it as such, guests could make their own choice about whether the price is worth it. But the fact that they bait and switch guests makes this property especially egregious. Avoid this hotel!! There are many many more in Sharm that are decent and above. This one is a dump.

Arrivée à 1h du matin. On a appelé plus de 5 fois pour confirmer confirmer avec eux. Ils ont confirmé. Arrive à l’aéroport personne on a pris lavant dernier taxi car c’était le dernier vol ! Sinon belles photos mais pas confirme au lieu qui est moins classy mais plus tourisme de masse familiale !

Güzel ve mutlu bir anı yaşatan bir oteldi. Genel anlamda mutluydum. Bu anlamda teşekkür ederim. Yemekler biraz geliştirilebilir. Tatlılar çok zayıf. Bunun haricinde harikaydı. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours. Even then, the rooms were not so close to the reception. They also had to downgrade the room to get us closer to reception and would not refund us the difference between the family room we booked and the standard room we ended up staying in. The pool area is lovely and the beach as well. However the hotel is just very inconvenient with the lift situation. Toilets by the pool are absolutely filthy and the odour is awful. The food was ok, but was always cold. Salad bar is nice and drinks are too: Staff were also ok, quick to tend to your needs. Overall, I wouldn’t visit again. It definitely isn’t a 5 star but was ok.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza con vista mare e ci hanno dato una stanza con vista piscina. Non ci siamo lamentati per evitare rotture e perché erano le 2 di mattina e c’erano già stati abbastanza problemi e quindi volevamo solo rilassarci. Dal giorno seguente fino all’ultimo giorno, é stato un continuo discutere con altri ed essere infastiditi da chiunque. Quasi tutti ti chiedono una mancia anche immotivata. Oppure provano a truffarti con l”exchange”. Ti chiedono di scambiargli i soldi da euro in lire egiziane, ma se alla fine ti fai il calcolo di quante lire vogliono, scoprirai che la cifra sarà molto più alta (alcune volte anche il doppio rispetto quanto ti hanno dato). Se ciò viene fatto da un estraneo della struttura del Pyramisa, allora si può anche accettare il fatto che ci siano dei truffatori in giro per Sharm El Sheikh.. ma se lo fa un membro dello staff del Pyramisa, allora no! Non è assolutamente accettato. È un resort a 5 stelle pagato profumatamente e non mi aspetto di essere truffato dal loro staff. I negozi all’interno della struttura evitateli prezzi assurdi e maleducazione. Se non comprate sarete anche insultati. Hanno una SPA a pagamento, contrattate sempre il prezzo perché è carissima e il servizio è veramente pessimo. Verificate sempre che avete ricevuto quanto prestabilito. Fanno i furbi accorciando i tempi del messaggio o dell’esperienza. Purtroppo sono limitato a fermare qui la recensione per limite di caratteri. Non ci torneremo più

Appena tornato con la famiglia con una bambina di 5 anni,tutto perfetto dall'animazione,al mangiare e al personale cordiale e disponibile!ci ritorneremo molto volentieri

Tres bon sejour effectué a Sharm el sheikh, une destination pas tres connu mais qui vaut le detour.

Hotel molto grande, bella piscina e spiaggia stupenda Buona la pulizia delle camere, letto abbastanza comodo. Da migliorare la qualità del cibo, colazione non di mio gradimento, pranzo e cena pietanze poco varie e ripetute tutte le sere, ma i camerieri sono disponibili e gentili

Struttura enorme. Da ristrutturare. Mangiare poco buono. Pulizia pessima, sporco

Ampi spazi, buffet sempre pieni, personale cordiale,mare stupendo

Struttura datata ma in buone condizioni e parte in fase di ristrutturazione. Nel complesso gradevole e ben attrezzata
