Friendly reception staff, nice room always warm and cosy. Liked the use of the kitchen to make hot drinks and the Xmas tree was really nice too. Easy to access the hotel which was in a great location in the old town in a quiet street.

great location - in Tallinn Old Town. everything is within short walking distance.
the single room and attached bathroom were quite spacious.
the hotel has no lift but there's help with my luggage.
the small kitchen just outside my room was very convenient and very well equipped. i was able to prepare simple meals and hot drinks there.
the hotel is really beautiful. looks like it has a lot of history, with rustic interior.
the lady at the reception, Maria, was very very nice, helpful, warm, friendly and gave great tips on where to go for sights.
i enjoyed my stay in Tallinn very much and will definitely stay here again.

Great location a bit of walk to the center. Our rooms were charming as is the pension and we were welcomed at the front desk by Maria who was very lovely. Breakfast was not very enticing but even with that, I would return here again when in Estonia.

部屋は広く、シックで綺麗に整えられておりとても清潔でした。
バスタブがあったこと。お湯がすぐに出てきたことがとてもありがたかったです。
朝食会場や休憩スペースも居心地よく、また内装や調度品が素晴らしかった。ホテルでもっとゆっくりしたくなりました。

It was nice to be in the heart of the old town, especially in such a beautiful town. Breakfast was served near an old tower, which was a real plus.
The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, the room very quiet and the bed comfortable.
On the negative side, the room was a bit too small and there was no space for anything on my side of the bed! Also, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The only option to have a hot drink in the hotel was to use a machine by the reception and pay!

I had a very nice weeklong stay in a great location in the old city. I was here on business but the room itself was quite beautiful and could have easily made for a romantic getaway. The hotel staff was warm and friendly, and the location in the old town is great and I could walk everywhere. I would definitely come back here!

Maria was so awesome, love her with all my heart, the common area was amazing, very clean and tidy.
All the attractions were close by, great restaurants and things to see.
Had a great time in this Hotel. I love Tallinn
