From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always greeting me with a smile and a willingness to help. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard, and even took the time to add thoughtful touches that made my stay feel personal. What stood out most was their consistency—every interaction reflected a high level of care and dedication. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and it made a lasting impression on me. The hotel is conveniently located to a lot of amenities. The staff are very kind and always eager to help. The breakfast was not the greatest but the staff will accomodate for any special request you may have. FYI bring your own conditioner since they only provide body wash and shampoo. The shower pressure is very good and there's plenty of hot water. We definitely will stay again at this hotel and recommend it to others.

The place was very clean at all times I felt very safe and comfortable. I had a restful night every day. The airport shuttle was on time and very helpful. As a courtesy for my stay, the hotel offered me complementary stay until I was able to leave for my flight.
