On arrival the staff was very welcoming. I felt very at home in their community. Everyone their was very polite, accommodating, helpful, considerate and a pleasure to interact with.
The Villa I stayed in was very large, had beautiful views of the ocean and my own private pool.I had 2 wonderful massages at the spa. Enjoyed breakfast everyday and was sad when it was time to leave. I highly recommend this resort when in Fiji!

Overall hospitality was beyond exceptional.
Our expectations were surpassed.
BEST KIDS CLUB ! ....for all the places we've vacationed.
We truly felt that we were vacationing in the Polynesian Island.

From the moment you arrive the Nanuku family embrace you. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Everything you could ask for is provided in the accommodation. The resort is beautifully set out and maintained. Buffet breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices for a main. The snorkelling is amazing heaps of fish and clarity of the water is great when calm. If there has been rain or windy weather beforehand the water will be slightly stirred up but you can still see amazing and colourful fish. Daily activities are also provided. Would come back in a heart beat.

Really enjoyed our stay there, very friendly staff, great feeling of being welcomed home. My only complaint is not very many food choices, they are a bit excessive in price as well as the drinks from the bar. It seems that happy hour would be better if you offered 1/2 price for any drink during that time as we are accustomed to at other locations.

Loved the attentive and friendly staff. All meals were on point in the restaurant. Breakfast was included and really good. The coffee was super tasty. The rooms are very well maintained and a pleasure to come back to. Will stay here again for sure.
