Hôtel qui dépanne tout juste pour une nuit. La literie est vraiment a revoir, le lit grince au moindre mouvement et le matelas peu confortable, je me réveille avec le dos en compote.

La chambre quadruple avec mezzanine est pratique mais vraiement trop petite.( le lit double est co tre la porte d entree et l escalier), insonorisation mas terrible, le matin reveillé pat les reveils des chambres voisin)Nombreuses trace de doigts, frottement a divers endroit. Moisissure ds la douche. Le WC est trop pres de la vasque dans la sdb ce qui faitcque vous avez l'épaule contre la vasque.... la samle se petit déjeuné n est pas adapté au nombre de chambre ce qui fait qu en plein rush plus de table....

La estancia ha estado bien en general, con aire acondicionado y muy bien ubicado para visitar la Ciudad del Espacio, pero el cuarto de baño necesita mantenimiento: la luz del baño no se apagaba, había un conducto de aire sin rejilla y la habitación estaba poco iluminada por falta de lámparas.

Déçue de la plate-forme qui n'a fait aucun geste commercial. Certes je me suis trompée de date, ça arrive, heureusement l'hôtel m’a fais une remise sur la nuit. Personnel de l’hôtel agréable, portail non fonctionnel la 1ere nuit.

Merci à Clément pour son sourire et son professionnalisme.
Chambre propre et matelas confortable, malheureusement les effluves de remontées des canalisations dans la chambre ne m'ont pas permis de passer une nuit agréable (visiblement cela arrive fréquemment dans les chambres du rez-de-chaussée après plusieurs nuits d'hôtel complet..)
En retirant le draps de la housse en partant j'ai hélas eu une certaine stupeur de voir la couette tachée sous laquelle j'ai dormi. La télé ne fonctionnait que sur une seule chaîne et avait des bugs constamment.
En positif je retiens le tarif, la bonne literie, le sourire et le professionnalisme du réceptionniste.
