Genial! È celebre desayuno y nos dejaron utilizar el Microondas para comer algo nuestro. Personal amable y espacios comunes y habitaciones limpias.

Très bon séjour, un hôtel simple et très propre. Les 3 personnes de l’accueil ont été tout simplement plus adorables les unes que les autres, et le petit dej complet et excellent, plein de local et de fait maison. Le lit était très confortable et contrairement à beaucoup de chambres d’hôtels plus chers que j’ai fait dans les environs, on peut se déplacer autour ! J’avais demandé une baignoire pour ma fille de 3 ans, elle était là. En plus le parking est vraiment au pied de l’hôtel et est gratuit et sécurisé, et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement : 2 points qu’on ne trouve vraiment pas partout. On a vraiment trouvé zéro point négatif !
5 min de la cité en voiture, restaus et boulangeries juste à côté.

Reception very good and efficient
Ground floor room as we had a small dog. It was a disabled room but very tight for two people.
The grounds were really a mess overgrown and lots of dog poo lying around. I couldn’t find a bin outside.
Rather dated rooms but refurbished nice bathroom. Basic but ok .

Bien. Mais gros souci au moment de payer. La réservation que nous avions obtenu par hôtels .com n est pas la meme au moment du règlement. L hôtelier nous donnes 2 factures qui ne correspondent pas à notre paiement CB ???

Struttura in posizione strategica per una visita a Carcassone che si trova a circa 5 minuti. Parcheggio in zona chiusa con cancello quindi molto sicuro per moto. Camera confortevole, colazione abbondante e varia. Personale gentilissimo !

Très mauvais hôtel, surtout pour une chaîne Brit, Qui habituellement est très bien tenu.
Le matelas est en cuvette, donc il est très difficile de dormir à deux.
Les produits de douche étaient manquants et le sèche-cheveux ridiculement puissant.
Le sèche serviette de la salle de bain vient que tout à fait neuf était inopérant.
Il y a une bouilloire pour du thé, mais pas de café du tout.
C’est un hôtel, deux étoiles en réalité, qui n’en vaut pas le prix

L'hôtel est pratique d'accès et avec un accueil jusqu'à 22h. Très bien.
Seul problème j'y étais pour le travail avec un réveil à 4h du matin et j'avais une chambre au début du couloir en plein dans le passage. De 22h30 à presque 1h du matin il n'y a eu de 22h30 à presque 1h du matin il n'y a eu que du bruit de gens qui rentraient du restaurant pour aller se coucher. Qui s'arrêtaient dans l'entrée pour discuter. Il faudrait pouvoir préciser quand on travaille pour avoir une chambre éloignée et calme et pouvoir dormir un peu si j'avais su j'aurais préféré dormir chez moi et me lever plus tôt pour faire la route j'aurais quand même dormi plus longtemps.... Après le lit n'est pas exceptionnel il couine dès qu'on bouge et pas très confortable mais bon ça a été quand même.
Le point noir a vraiment été le fait de ne pas pouvoir dormir pour moi c'est dommage tout le reste était très bien.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement. La chambre était convenable et très propre. Nous regrettons simplement que l'heure de départ soit fixée à 10h, ce qui est un peu tôt. Le petit déjeuner, composé de produits locaux, était excellent.
