A estadia foi muito boa, o estúdio tem um bom tamanho, comodidades e utensílios necessários a uma boa estadia, a varanda permite uma ótima ventilação ao ambiente. A equipe é educada, acolhedora e prestativa. A disponibilidade de máquina de café e água para recarga em bebedouro no térreo foram um diferencial positivo importante na estadia, junto com outras comodidades e agrados. Tinha mapa da cidade (ainda adoro mapa de papel), sugestões e frutas na recepção. Tudo ótimo. Pretendemos voltar.

Belle chambre confortable. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec Balcon. Il est très petit mais c’est agréable de ce mettre le nez dehors. Tous les produits nécessaires y étaient, shampooing, savon, savon vaisselle. Café offert au RDC. Possibilité d’avoir le déjeuner continental.
Cet endroit est parfait. Nous étions situés à quelques pas des métro et on se trouve a environ 30 minutes à pied ou en métro des grands attraits touristiques de Paris. Épicerie, épicerie Bio à proximité. Divers restaurant à peine à 10 minutes à pied. Indien, Thaïlandais, Français. Et il faut ABSOLUMENT essayer la petite boulangerie Artisan Boulanger Pâtissier sur la rue Nationale

Excelente atendimento. Chegamos antes do horário e adiantaram nosso check in. O estúdio era limpo, confortável, silencioso, muito ensolarado e com uma sacada com vista para árvores e flores. Tinha todo o necessário para fazer refeições. O hotel tinha máquina de cafés e capuccinos liberada assim como máquina que fornecia água natural, água gelada e água com gas. Isso é muito confortável e significa uma excelente economia em Paris. Ótimas camas, roupas de cama e toalhas impecáveis. Produtos de banho bio, muito bons. Na cozinha tinha produtos de limpeza e panos de prato

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly, communication was clear, everything was smooth. It was nice having access to the coffee machine all day. No a/c but luckily it wasnt that hot and there was a fan in the room. We had a little balcony which was nice. Our toilet was separate from the shower/sink which we weren’t expecting and was odd but we managed. The rooms were clean however we noticed a few tiny insects (ants, another bigger bug) in our room up on the 6th floor. Not a huge deal, it happens, and I’m just glad they weren’t bed bugs!

La limpieza es buena. El hotel no es muy nuevo, tiene un patio interior. Empleados amables.
A pesar de enviarles varias veces mensajes, con mucho tiempo anticipado, pidiendo un estudio en piso alto, nos dieron uno en el piso 1° ( número 104). No es muy grande pero sí muy tranquilo al estar situado atrás con vistas al patio (árboles ) y se podía abrir la ventana.
El toilet está separado del baño y situado en un espacio muy pequeño. La luz era automática y se apagaba a menudo siendo incómodo. El espacio de la cocina es muy reducido pero suficiente para preparar desayunos o comidas sencillas. Es necesario tener sillas plegables para colocar las maletas. No había mucho espacio donde ponerlas y tuvimos que utilizar parte de la mesa.

Very convenient location, just a bit out of touristy area, in the nice and quiet residential area! But still can walk to
The Seine River and the C Line/Metro 6 line in about 17 minutes, and we walked all the way back from the Eiffel Tower one day. Also, a quick walk to the Metro 5 line, also 10 line but we did not take that line.
Very good for longer stays, we stayed for 6 nights. The only complaint is there is only one dryer (2 washers) in the laundry room.

シタディーンは他の場所も何度か滞在していますが素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋も清潔でした。ミニキッチンに大きな冷蔵庫、食洗機も付いていますので快適です。一番近いスーパーまで10m、大きなスーパーまで800mですが立地場所は静かでよかったです。
強いて言えばエアコンかない事、暑い季節は他の場所を選んでしまうかもと思いました。

Accommodations are rather basic at this facility; that said, the property was clean, safe, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check in was easy, even after some issues with our flights. They do speak English. The bed was comfortable, but storage was lacking. There is heat, but no air conditioning. A fan was provided which was highly effective in October temperatures. They do have a small elevator. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and two groceries. There are also two Metro stations within easy walking distance, and a major station with a shopping mall about a 15 minute walk away. Staff was friendly, and they have an overnight security person. The neighborhood is a working-class residential area in the 13th Arrondisement; it is off the beaten path but far less touristy than other areas. We would stay again.

The Citadine Austerlitz was just perfect. Location was ideal for the Metro and enjoying some leisurely meals and drinks. There were lovely bars and restaurants very close. We had a great 1 bed apartment with all the facilities. Breakfast was very good value. We slept well as the hotel was really quiet.
