The staff was excellent, very inviting. We had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it didn't disappoint. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower too. Multiple cafes across the street. So plenty of food choices, and if you really must there is a McDonald's and a Star bucks close by. Very close to Metro. Would definitely stay here again

Amat disyorkan! Resepsionis sangat membantu. Dia juga memberi kami peta. Lokasi yang sangat strategik - terus di hadapan Stesen Metro, di sebelah McDonald, sebuah farmasi di belakang hotel, dan kedai-kedai lain seperti pasar raya, kedai roti dll. Bilik selesa dan mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk, microwave, dapur berfungsi dengan baik. Hotel ini juga menyediakan minuman percuma kopi & minuman coklat panas.

This hotel is very convenient in every way. Just a minute walk to the metro, close to the Eiffel Tower, and the room was spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent. I was especially impressed with the complimentary pastries (almost every day) and the daily beverages. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from just downstairs. I will definitely come back to Paris.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We needed a larger place with a kitchen and a friend stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not a positive experience at all. The elevator was broken the entire time. Working for 1x day out of our week long trip. They got concerns and complaints from families and other people staying at the hotel and didn’t address anyone’s concerns. The A/C in our room was broken. We asked the front desk multiple times if there was anything they could do and they said “it’s just the A/C that we have”. We totally understood that the A/C might not be strong but it was not working at all and 4 out of the 7 days were 95+ outside. We asked if they had a fan that could be put in our room and they replied “no”. That same evening, we came back from dinner and the person at the front desk had a fan blowing on them. These are small inconveniences, but this last one put us over the edge. We came back to our hotel after a baking class to drop off our items. When we walked into the room, there was a random man there. Mind you, we’re 20 year old girls and we’re terrified. When we asked who he was and what he was doing in our room, he responds with “I work at the hotel and was resetting your TV”. He quickly then left the room. We do believe he worked for the hotel. However, we were told no one would be entering our room (not even cleaning staff as the they only clean 1x a week). Very disappointed is an understatement.

Excellente localisation. Transports en commun très accessibles. Monoprix de l’autre côté de la rue avec une grande variété de produits frais et prêts à manger. Sinon, propreté de la chambre et des corridors perfectible. Un seul ascenseur sur les deux était fonctionnel lors de notre passage. Mais la clim était fonctionnelle et suffisamment efficace pour tenir la chambre au frais et ce malgré les très chaudes températures.

Horrible stay! There’s zero AC, the staff was not helpful. When we attempted to get a refund and move hotels due to no AC, they blatantly refused. We had to purchase fan for some type of comfort while sleeping. When we returned from an outing we couldn’t find our fan and when I went to the lobby, they were using the very fan I PURCHASED! Because as mentioned, NO AC! This is as a horrible experience and would never ever recommend anyone to stay. P.S. They also only had two elevators, which one was down and would not be repaired for a month according to staff.

The pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms. My friend and I each booked a room, and both had the same issues. The photos show modern, clean rooms, but in reality, they were not the same at all. Kitchen and bedding cleanliness were acceptable for a 3 stars not 4, but the bathroom was dirty, with a poorly fixed glass shower divider causing water to spill. The drain was clogged and slow. The hotel corridors were old, had no air conditioning, and smelled musty. The breakfast room was very small and unventilated. I took a couple of pictures from the bathroom on our first day.

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match what was shown in the photos. It seems the pictures were taken quite some time ago, as the hotel looked noticeably older and more worn in person. The breakfast area felt stuffy with poor ventilation, and there was only one staff member serving, which made the service quite slow. On the second day, many breakfast items had run out, and despite reminding the staff multiple times, not everything was replenished. Additionally, the water dispenser stopped working from the second day and was never replaced. Overall, the breakfast and service were disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve these issues.

False advertising on the view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooms for what we paid for rooms was criminal. The one in London was three times the view and three times satisfaction in the hotel. The beauty was a lot better. Compared to the rundown of the hotel that we’re at however, some of the staff was very kind and we got our clothes washed. But not worth its money.

Horrible stay! There’s zero AC, the staff was not helpful. When we attempted to get a refund and move hotels due to no AC, they blatantly refused. We had to purchase fan for some type of comfort while sleeping. When we returned from an outing we couldn’t find our fan and when I went to the lobby, they were using the very fan I PURCHASED! Because as mentioned, NO AC! This is as a horrible experience and would never ever recommend anyone to stay. P.S. They also only had two elevators, which one was down and would not be repaired for a month according to staff.

The location near by subway station was the best. There are many restaurants and stores near the hotel was also awesome. Only one elevator was able to work during staying in the hotel was uncomfortable a bit, but other than that was mostly great.

The pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms. My friend and I each booked a room, and both had the same issues. The photos show modern, clean rooms, but in reality, they were not the same at all. Kitchen and bedding cleanliness were acceptable for a 3 stars not 4, but the bathroom was dirty, with a poorly fixed glass shower divider causing water to spill. The drain was clogged and slow. The hotel corridors were old, had no air conditioning, and smelled musty. The breakfast room was very small and unventilated. I took a couple of pictures from the bathroom on our first day.

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match what was shown in the photos. It seems the pictures were taken quite some time ago, as the hotel looked noticeably older and more worn in person. The breakfast area felt stuffy with poor ventilation, and there was only one staff member serving, which made the service quite slow. On the second day, many breakfast items had run out, and despite reminding the staff multiple times, not everything was replenished. Additionally, the water dispenser stopped working from the second day and was never replaced. Overall, the breakfast and service were disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve these issues.

False advertising on the view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooms for what we paid for rooms was criminal. The one in London was three times the view and three times satisfaction in the hotel. The beauty was a lot better. Compared to the rundown of the hotel that we’re at however, some of the staff was very kind and we got our clothes washed. But not worth its money.
