It was very warm in our room. Even though there was aur conditioning, it was too hot. The suite was quite small.

Great property, my son had lost his ear phone and the staff was informed and the find it, MIGUEL AND NEIL did an outstanding job by reaching out to us. I will highly recommend this hotel. Outstanding staff

Love the property and would highly recommend it for travel with kids. The delux room with balcony was worth it.

Super séjour à l'Holiday Inn de la Villette Nous avons séjourné avec nos 2 petites-filles la semaine du 8 au 11 avril. Notre expérience a ete nettement meilleure que celle espérée. Tout d'abord, nous avons trouvé la chambre de 25 m2 spacieuse. Les matelas sont confortables, les lits sont faits avec soin et l'astuce du double emploi de la porte de la salle de bain est imprévue ! La vue sur le canal (nous avons eu du soleil toute la semaine) est très reposante. Nous avons tous les quatre passé de très bonnes nuits. Nous avons apprécié le plateau avec bouilloire et thés.. Nous avons profité du buffet très bien garni. Le pain est de qualité ainsi que tout ce que nous avons goûté. Le personnel est aimable, serviable et poli. Pour nous, grands-parents et petites-filles, votre hôtel a été un havre de paix après la frénésie des visites des musées et des lieux touristiques. Si nous avons la chance de revenir à Paris, nous descendrons chez vous. Bravo à tous . Vous faites du bon travail

Chambre bien insonorisée, bons matelas mais éclairage hyper violent : pas d'éclairage d'ambiance possible. Petit déjeuner sympa dommage que les viennoiseries et pains ne soient pas du jour.

A great breakfast. The rooms were clean, the value for money was right, and the pizzeria next door is also highly recommended.

The hotel has a great location—it's close to the metro, pharmacies, a convenience store, and right near the canal, which is nice for walks. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. However, we always had to ask for housekeeping, which was a bit annoying. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly, and the rooms were just average—nothing fancy. Overall, it’s a good place if you want something convenient with helpful staff and a solid breakfast. Just don’t expect too much from the rooms.

L'ensemble du personnel est top !!! Une disponibilité et une bienveillance tout au long du séjour. Le quartier est très agréable (balades le long du canal, parc de la Vilette à pieds,...)

My to go place when in Paris!

Personnel de la réception très à l'écoute et a fait tout le nécessaire à notre arrivée (c'était un relogement suite à une "arnaque" Abritel) ; nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable. Merci

Great spot in a groovy neighborhood

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Ibrahim. They really went the extra mile to make our stay better. The room was very clean. The area around the canal was very nice and scenic. The breakfast was consistent, but needs a few more options. There was only eggs, beans and sausages for the hot options. The interior of the hotel is starting to look worn, but is still clean.

Totally our experience was good.
