Experiência muito boa, apesar de o hotel ser 4*, não tem funcionários suficientes para atender à demanda. Não existe sequer quem retire as malas do carro para levar para o quarto. Não tem room service. Quarto muito confortável, bons lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas de banho. Todos de excelente qualidade! Excelente café da manhã, quando se encerra o item alimentação! Depois das 10:30h só tem disponível água! A parte de valet, deixa a desejar porque a garagem é longe e o hóspede é quem deixa e pega o carro, tendo q andar por uma rua escura. Mas o conforto do quarto meio que compensa essas falhas. Qto aos funcionários, à exceção de Nathalie, que é muito antipatica, os demais são excelentes, educados, prestativos, até mesmo carinhosos com os hóspedes! Principalmente um rapaz indiano que foi nota mil conosco. Infelizmente não gravei seu nome.

Great hotel for a night or two. Outside area is a bit dated and needs a refresh. Interior has been renovated and staff is lovely.
Great location to walk the beach and dine at one of the many restaurants nearby that overlook the ocean.

Another fantastic stay here at The Holiday Inn. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We came back because of the excellent facilities, brilliant staff, fantastic buffet breakfast and close proximity to the train, bus and shopping. We are a young family and this is perfect for us. We cannot rate it highly enough.

Hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff extremely friendly. Well located for our needs. This was our second stay in this hotel in a matter of months. The room on the second occasion looking a little more tired than the first time, however it appeared that work was being undertaken out of season in a number of rooms, so maybe the one we had this time was set for a revamp.
Even in a slightly tired state, the room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed.

Hotel vecchio stile con moquette ovunque. Bagno con perdita copiosa di acqua dalla vasca tutte le volte che si fa la doccia ( con conseguente allagamento del pavimento). Segnalato in reception senza alcun risultato. Colazione eccessivamente costosa a €20 e pessima esperienza al check in a causa della receptionist Natalia che avendo visto un nome italiano in prenotazione,ci ha scambiato per un altro ospite italiano senza sforzarsi di capire e risolvere il malinteso. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento piuttosto scomodo.Non ci tornerei
