Nuestro cuarto tenía buen tamaño y estaba muuuuy limpio!! Lo único que no me gustó fue que para mi gusto la cama estaba un poco aguada. Decidimos tomar el bufete de desayuno todos los días, nos pareció muy variado y rico y a muy buen precio comparado con desayunos de lugares alrededor. Las personas que nos atendieron en la recepción siempre muy amables y nos ayudaron con dudas sobre cómo ir a pueblos cercanos como Vence y Eze. Volveríamos sin dudarlo cuando regresémos a Niza que espero sea pronto.

We like the location , close to all you need. It is , staff was very helpful and friendly . Water and coffee was not and issue. The Carpet wasn't super clean, but I think it's the equipment they use. Lots of mosquitoes inside the room biting us as we were sleeping.

We stayed at this boutique hotel for 10 days. We were always greeted and our concerns well attended to. Great small kitchen with a wonderful breakfast and complimentary coffee, tea, and water available 24/7. Not all the rooms are as pictured as far as the view. Some rooms are interior and have the back of the building view, and some rooms have a street view but without a balcony. This hotel is very close to the train station and about 15 minutes of beautiful walk to the beach. My only complaint is the fruit flies in the dining room and the flies in the room even after keeping the windows shut for days. I'm still recovering from an insect bite a week later
