We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel has been very thoughtfully designed and feels like you are staying in a chic rustic French villa. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful and the food is wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which is normally not our thing, and our dinner at La Madeleine was exquisite. The only comment I have is that I would have liked to have a fan in our room. There was AC but it was not the best so the room would get a little uncomfortable.

The lead concierge, Louie, was fabulous with his interactions with us - the time given, the knowledge that he shared with us, and the connections he used to ensure we created amazing memories. He arranged dining reservations, private wine tastings, and insights on a full agenda that left us blown away. This is a "must-stay" at property.

I had stayed before and service was much better, as well as the food from the restaurant. The hotel has issues accommodating the requests of guests, even if they are really simple. This for me is unacceptable in a luxury hotel, guests come first and the idea is to help as it is possible, not make an issue out of everything
