The AC wasnt working. Was going to call to ask how to ask for help but the phone was not working. We were on 4F and was late already so did not bother ti come to front desk. The room and bathroom are too tight. A bigger person (width-wise) wont fit in the shower

The hotel is very nice and so is the staff at the reception, the only thing we did not like was that the maids were to loud while doing room service and they would wake us up every morning chatting,

it was a great place to stay. the only thing is that the rooms were a bit small so not as comfortable. but location was great. some of the staff were so friendly and nice. but one guy was a bit mean at the beginning.. they do charge for coffee and drink but only 2 euros. they do hold your luggage which was great.

Unfortunately, the room was too small, and at checkout, clerk said “good you are leaving “ , what a disappointment after being there one week! Not appreciated at all! We were both shocked at this statement!!

What a great stay in that hotel during my trip in France. Located in the great vibes of the Paris 15e Arrondissement, you are close by walking from so many restaurants, cafés and boutiques. And the hotel personnal are kind, caring and always available for you. To be recommanded!

La propriété a de besoin de plusieurs améliorations. Nous avons eux des désagréments avec la toilette la toilette qui était bloqué. La deuxième chambre, l'air climatisé faisant défaut. Il faisant très chaud. Cependant le service reçu par l'employé Voltaire a été exceptionnelle. Je pourrais attribuer 10 étoiles pour la qualité de sont service à la clientèle.

Really loved this hotel. Everything was close - Eiffel Tower, rental bikes, Seine river. Metro train is 1 block away. Room was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Very good bargain for the price. Most of the front desk workers spoke English which was great. Nice front entrance to meet people and great espresso drinks in the lobby. Quiet away from the busy street. Felt very safe because there’s an alarm on the door.
