Nice, quiet and friendly hotel. We loved the quirky decorations around the place. The street was quiet, with several restaurants nearby and just a short walk from the Trocadero Metro. Looking forward to a revisit.

I expressed to the staff that our shower was leaking and that it flooded the bathroom and a bit of the carpet. All they did was give us more towels! There is black mold everywhere in the room. The staff hardly spoke English,being a hotel you’d think they would.

Our family vacation was an excellent one. I would like to show my appreciation to the friendly staff. The hotel is well situated near the Eiffel Tower, the arc of Triumph and shopping places. Our room looks Newley renovated and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The rooms were not particularly clean. Normally I wouldn’t comment but carpets weren’t super clean and I found corks from wine bottles. The beds were comfortable.

Fantastic location 5 minute walk to Trocadero 15mins to Arc Du Triomphe! Lots of cafes and restaurants. Hotel reception staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was same each day but adequate. Tiny breakfast room but coped as open 7-10am. Everything feels tiny but our triple room was fine. It was cleaned daily and we could not fault the cleanliness. The decor needs a little tlc in places but everything clean which was fine by me. You really only spend time to sleep as so much to get out and see around the city. Metro was easy to navigate once we got the passes sorted. They are not using paper tickets anymore so you can reload the plastic pass. Also Luckily didn’t see many scammers .. and managed to avoid the ones we did see near Eiffel Tower near trocadero. Wonderful stay and would come back to this property again!

Personnel extrêmement agréable et serviable. Hôtel très bien situé. Salle de bain défréchie avec cuvette des toilettes cassée. Chambre collée à la cage d’ascenseur qui fait du bruit lorsque celui-ci fonctionne. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
