I love the hotel, the breakfast was great, room comfortable and the staff very helpful. I have one complaint, smoking ...my room opened up to the pedestrian street right outside the front door to the hotel and on a warm spring day with the window open the smell carried up to my room. Sadly I had to close the window. Perhaps the hotel can instruct people not to smoke so close to the doorway. That is how it is done in Canada, no smoking close to a doorway.

This boutique hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, as well as tram and train stations. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, and I highly recommend this property.

Great location. We had a junior suite and the rooms need updating. Beds are very comfortable and we were on the second floor but the proximity to the building opposite made the room dark and as we were on second floor, it’s noisy from the street below. Paid £380 per night but only given water complimentary for the first night. Air con old and not that effective.

Staff is incredibly nice & helpful. Room was a little smaller than how it looked online. Not bad just tight with 3 ppl. I think because we had the window open there’d be lots of ants that came in but not too sure, I didn’t say anything to the staff cuz I wasn’t gonna be there long anyways. But for a last min hotel we booked it wasn’t too bad, good location for sure ebrything is walkable

Wir waren drei Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral, das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das relativ kleine Bad, in dem es etwas ungewohnt war, quer auf der Toilette zu sitzen. Insgesamt können wir dieses kleine, aber feine Hotel jedoch empfehlen.

Ants were in our room. I complaint early morning around 8:30am and when I came back at 12pm they told me I have to wait until 2pm to cleam my room. Then the director came, although she was nice, told us its normal in Nice to have ants! Even in our houses! Which I did not understand because i stayed in warmer places and i didn't find ants on my bed sheet. When they told me everything is o.k now, i went to the room and their were still ants. I went myself and bought insect killer spray and solved my problem.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was small (queen bed) but we expected that (Europe). Bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was really tight. If you are larger than a size 8 (U.S.), you will have a difficult time maneuvering in there (shower and toilet). The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee/tea machine available 24/7 in the breakfast room. I enjoyed the hot chocolate. Breakfast is available for 17 EU/person. We did not try it since we wanted to just walk around town to see what was available each day, especially since we were late risers (keep time change in mind). The elevator is small, so it can only hold 2 people with 2 pieces of luggage at a time. Therefore, you might have to wait a little. Overall, the hotel was good for a short stay. It was one of the very few that was listed for less than $200 (US) a night that was also rated as very good/excellent. The area is safe, convenient and relatively quiet.

This hotel was in a nice, quiet, convenient location. All of our Uber rides were very close to where we needed to go, and everything else we were able to walk. It was walking distance to the train station when leaving, which was great! The elevator in the hotel is extremely tiny so do not make the mistake of bringing big luggage like we did, but other than that, we had a great stay!
