Very nice property in a great location and very friendly staff amenities for baby don’t exist and staff and very helpful in that area. Also the delux room very small and not very clean bathroom was cleaned at a poor standard

Välstädat och rena lakan varannan dag. Mycket hård säng, obekväm liksom kuddarna. Bra med kylskåp på rummet men det var inbyggt i en låda och besvärlig att öppna och stänga. Frukost ok men frukostrummet litet och trångt. Bröd och croissanter ej färska, tillagade från fryst.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're planning to explore Paris! We were walkable to several things and a train station! The staff here was excellent! Coming from the U.S. I was nervous about a language barrier, but everyone was super friendly and accommodating! The room was perfect, not tons of space and has character, but in a great way!! We would definitely come back here.

Avoid this hotel as its accounting ability is very questionable and was billed at check even though had already prepaid . Hôtel apologized next day but the processing of the account was slow to be recorded .

Great location for my needs; expensive, but only like all Paris hotels. Small basic room as expected. Three nights: first night there was a constant noise in the room, quiet but repetitive, that kept me awake. Reported to the hotel the next day but they were not interested/thought I was crazy. Turned out it was the minibar fridge (old) so I fixed that problem by unplugging it and slept well on the second night. Third night: woke up sweating at 2:30 am due to intense heat. Room thermostat was set to 30 C/86 F and could not be changed so I had another poor sleep with my only solution to open the window to the freezing air (0 C/32 F). Next day I was told 'yeah all the thermostats are broken, sorry'. Since I pay for a hotel to sleep, and got one night's sleep out of three, I am not able to give a good report. The shower, unusually, was very powerful, which was nice, but on the other hand it was so powerful that (in the absence of a curtain or other intelligently designed barrier) the whole bathroom got soaked every morning, including, if I was not careful, the towels that I needed to dry myself. There is no information in the room about the hotel etc (eg thermostat), but there is a QR code in the lift/elevator that is supposed to tell you everything you need to know. When you open the link it says that you are not authorized to see the page. This hotel could do much better if more attention were paid to customers and their needs and expectations.

Felt very dated - rooms had poor air conditioning and felt really tiny and old

Check-in inefficient. Charged both my travel companion and I twice for our accommodation; once on check-in, and again on the same day for my companion and on then the next day I was charged again for a higher amount. They credited us both for the error but it took over a week for the credited amount to clear. This was NOT satisfactory and to date my written complaint has not been acknowledged by hotel management. Their system did not seem fit for purpose. It appeared to depend on manual checking of credit card receipts at the end of each day. I would not choose this hotel again despite its convenient location.

Great front desk staff. Clean room. Amazing location near the Luxembourg RER B station- direct to CDG airport. Odeon Metro not far. Numerous bus lines nearby. Endless affordable food options, pharmacies and small grocery stores nearby. Minutes to Luxembourg park/Pantheon. Walking distance to Notre Dame/Ste Germain-des-Pres/St Michael. We would stay here again.
