Extremely disappointing experience and far below expectations. After our first night, we requested an early check-out and a refund for the following night because it quickly became clear that the hotel did not match the standard we expected. The hotel feels old, tired and poorly maintained. Our room was outdated, with peeling wallpaper, visible signs of wear and tear, and a general lack of upkeep throughout. The reality is very different from the impression given by the photos online. Cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. We found a hair on the bed sheets upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of housekeeping and attention to detail. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the management’s attitude. We politely explained our concerns and requested a refund for the unused night so that we could move to another hotel. Not only was our request denied, but there was no attempt whatsoever to understand our concerns or offer any form of assistance. We also contacted Expedia in an effort to find a reasonable solution, but the hotel remained completely inflexible. What is particularly frustrating is the apparent confidence with which the hotel defends its standards, despite the obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. For the rates charged, the overall quality and customer service were simply unacceptable. Paris offers countless hotel options. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in recent years

The room is spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located to lots of places I need to be.

Staff was inattentive, rooms were small, ac didn’t work and I had to ask for help Multiple times and nobody responded. Additionally the walls were so thin I could hear everything that happened in the hotel lobby or any of the rooms as well as everything outside

Breakfast was awesome, anything you could possibly imagine!

This was just a one night stay before flight home, room was very clean and nice. Hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast was downstairs, very unique setting and atmosphere, felt like i was in a fancy cave but enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location and great staff - really lovely customer service. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Paris. Thank you so much!

Excellent location, staff and breakfast was incredible.

It was as if we were staying with dear friends. Well accommodated for travel with a 1 year old baby. Pack and play ready upon arrival. Lovely experience, great location, incredible staff. Can’t say enough positive things.

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Stylish, comfortable and great location.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful which really makes you feel welcome!

Besides the boutique furnishings and just right size room, the location was perfect for my visits to the Paris museums, within an easy walk, 10 to 15 minutes hotel to entrance door. Best of all was the friendly and helpful staff. I would have to single out Fanny as the one I could ask any question, directions, place to eat, she always provided a smiling answer that was right on. I'm staying at the Hotel Therese my next visit to Paris.

Didn’t have breakfast as we were booked into activities early morning! But we did enjoy their tea time between 4-6pm for free coffee/tea and cakes and fruit!! Lovely
