Nossa experiência no hotel foi excelente do início ao fim. O atendimento é impecável: todos os atendentes foram extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar com muita boa vontade. O café da manhã é ótimo, muito bem servido, com variedade e qualidade, tornando as manhãs ainda mais agradáveis.Tivemos um imprevisto com a perda das malas, e a equipe do hotel foi simplesmente sensacional. Eles nos ajudaram em tudo o que foi possível, demonstrando empatia, agilidade e total apoio para resolver a situação, o que fez toda a diferença para nós. Location - fantastic. 40m from the Metro, next door to Hotel des Invalides, easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde, etc. Pretty room (no. 2, Leonardo de Vinci), good size, breakfast included, OK so far. The building has very clearly been converted from a family home to a hotel. There was an arch between what is now rooms 1 & 2, and only a very thin party wall (more a membrane) put in, such that it's very clear which TV channel is playing in each, and the conversations being had (not every word but some), thus not quiet until gone 23:00. The breakfast had a cold selection of meats and fish, etc. (very nice) and supposedly hot food too (Bacon, scrambled egg or tomatoes). The 1st morning, everything was cold (egg and bacon). The second, the tomatoes were warm and the eggs were still cold. Also, we saw 3 mice scurrying through the doorway to hide under the dresser on which the food was placed. One even went back again and behind my wife's chair - not really what you want in a breakfast room (or when you're only wearing slippers). Staff, especially reception excellent. All in all, pleasant without being quite what I'd hoped for, for my wife's birthday, or for €750 for 2 people, 2 nights. Yes I know it's Paris, but....

Hotel was perfect, comfy, clean and right where we needed it. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the centre of Paris and lots of restaurants around. Metro Station directly opposite was perfect to reach some of the further areas. The front desk staff are very friendly and really made our stay wonderful. We enjoyed the spa a few times and breakfast was just perfect. I traveled alone (female) with my 12 year old daughter and the area (and hotel) felt very safe, even after dark. You can’t go wrong with this hotel, it added so much value to our trip.

This is my new favorite hotel in Paris. Great location and the staff is flawless. Kind, helpful and professional. I took the hotel breakfast the last day so I could use my last morning minutes for a walk. It was indeed delicious and again run by kind and professional staff. Location - fantastic. 40m from the Metro, next door to Hotel des Invalides, easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde, etc. Pretty room (no. 2, Leonardo de Vinci), good size, breakfast included, OK so far. The building has very clearly been converted from a family home to a hotel. There was an arch between what is now rooms 1 & 2, and only a very thin party wall (more a membrane) put in, such that it's very clear which TV channel is playing in each, and the conversations being had (not every word but some), thus not quiet until gone 23:00. The breakfast had a cold selection of meats and fish, etc. (very nice) and supposedly hot food too (Bacon, scrambled egg or tomatoes). The 1st morning, everything was cold (egg and bacon). The second, the tomatoes were warm and the eggs were still cold. Also, we saw 3 mice scurrying through the doorway to hide under the dresser on which the food was placed. One even went back again and behind my wife's chair - not really what you want in a breakfast room (or when you're only wearing slippers). Staff, especially reception excellent. All in all, pleasant without being quite what I'd hoped for, for my wife's birthday, or for €750 for 2 people, 2 nights. Yes I know it's Paris, but....

Theo,at the reception was very helpful. All the stuff were excellent. The hotel is near everything, small but beautiful and with character. It was clean,and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was perfect, comfy, clean and right where we needed it. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the centre of Paris and lots of restaurants around. Metro Station directly opposite was perfect to reach some of the further areas. The front desk staff are very friendly and really made our stay wonderful. We enjoyed the spa a few times and breakfast was just perfect. I traveled alone (female) with my 12 year old daughter and the area (and hotel) felt very safe, even after dark. You can’t go wrong with this hotel, it added so much value to our trip.

This is my new favorite hotel in Paris. Great location and the staff is flawless. Kind, helpful and professional. I took the hotel breakfast the last day so I could use my last morning minutes for a walk. It was indeed delicious and again run by kind and professional staff. Many thanks to everyone connected with this property.
