This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Everyone said the checkin experience to be great. It was indeed. I arrived earlier than the check in time when the room wasn’t ready. Yet, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and spoke English well. The reception area was spacious with free coffee, fruit juice, cookies, and apples. My room was a suite with kitchen well equipped. The location is super convenient. The sea is two blocks south, the tram is two blocks west, and the train station is about ten blocks north. A nice cheese store is next door, two butchers’ and a Boulangerie just steps away, and a vegetable store and an Italian deli across the street. Super convenient if you are up to make your own meals. The only thing to watch out is that the store owners seem to enjoy life so much that they may not open their stores when they are supposed to. On the day of arrival the hot water system went out. The staff was very apologetic and the next day they took quick action and fixed the problem. The staff gave me free breakfast and a box of the Fragnord soaps to make up for the lack of hot shower for a night. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I am sure you will too.

Our four days stay was very pleasant, the hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe. Property location is a few steps to the beach riviera, the area is safe and there are cafes, restaurants etc just around the corner. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, also breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. Guest service is very kind and helpful, we want to give an especial thanks to Aurelia, she was very kind, knowledgeable, made us feel very comfortable from the check in to check out time. Aurelia also speaks many different languages so she was able to provide an above and beyond guest service. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the beautiful Nice!

Since my French is limited, I really appreciated that all of the front office staff spoke fluent English. They were very helpful in recommending restaurants things to do and when I checked out but had some time before I left the city they stored my bag very securely and I picked it up just before I left town. The room was pleasant a little on the small side, but I only stayed in one room so I can’t speak about the rest. The price was very reasonable and I would stay here again.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille dans cet hôtel, à l’occasion d’un mariage à Nice.
L’endroit très cocooning, reposant, pourtant situé au cœur d’un quartier vivant. Personnel à l’écoute, arrangeant, souriant, calme, à l’image des lieux. Chambre et salles de bain propres.
La Promenade des Anglais est à deux pas de l’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme du buffet est copieux et très varié.

al llegar al hotel me dijeron que me ofrecían una habitación de nivel superior. De hecho fue un estudio de planta baja todo equipado. El problema a mi llegada fue para mí el olor a humedad... el resto todo limpio y bien (ya que fue solamente para dormir) pero me sorprendió al llegar
