La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable en particular el joven colombiano, no tuvimos la oportunidad de desayunar por las actividades que teníamos programadas pero quizá a la próxima ocasión, tampoco hicimos uso del aire acondicionado porque el clima estaba genial, nos gustó el hotel, con gusto volveremos, gracias por todo.

The property was located in a very nice part of town. The hotel was smaller but nice. They really had no amenities but they had a great spread for breakfast, which made up for it. I would recommend this place.

El hotel está en una muy buena posición, es pequeño pero limpio. El personale gentil, solo un señor (de recepción) que al regresar de una salida, mi suegro me avisó que la televisión no encendía y al informarle al recepcionista en ese momento con una manera arrogante me respondió: “porque no me lo dijo esta mañana?” No entiendo cuál es el punto, se lo estaba informando en ese momento porque me lo dijo mi suegro, y aunque si tenía que comunicarlo antes creo que hay maneras de decir las cosas. No me gustó para nada el tono y la arrogancia que usó al responderme a diferencia de los otros recepcionistas que se mostraron amables y disponibles en todo momento. La parte negativa del hotel son las habitaciones pequeñas se tiene poca privacidad dado que se oye TODO.

Sehr sauberes kleines Hotel in einem super Quartier. Man fühlt sich auch Abends um 23:00 Uhr sicher auf der Strasse. Die Rezeption ist 24h mit sehr freundlichem Personal besetzt. Gerne wieder!

Hotel was very clean and the workers were really nice. The breakfast was good if you are busy and need something quick and easy. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars and only a 10min walk to the tower. Only issue we had was our room was really tiny and only partial window view of the Eiffel tower. The shower was super tiny and no room to move around.

Cute little hotel. Location is great. Room is ultra small. Don’t bother with getting a patio. It’s cute but it doesn’t have a view, it’s inside the buildings walls, not outward facing. Staff is nice, room is clean. Would stay again. Walking distance to everything!

We loved that it was located near souvenir shops and all kinds of restaurants that served delicious food. We were also able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and walk to the dock for our River cruise. The staff was cordial and helpful. The room was clean and it was a nice size for us. This hotel also has an elevator which was very convenient for some of my family members.

We would like to extend our million thanks to Juan on the front desk who was very helpful, accommodating and guiding us our stay at the hotel and providing directions to visit beautiful places in Paris memorable. We also thanks Alex for his kindness in checking us in earlier after we arrived at the hotel so early from Airport. The room was always clean. There was an issue of the clogging shower area but was quickly fixed. The breakfast was wonderful but it is suggested if you can serve different varieties of items in different days not same items for five consecutive days. Overall, everything was wonderful and we highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. For sure, we will love to stay again in this hotel when we come back to visit Paris.

It was in the location we wanted, close to the Eiffel tower, which was great. However upon check-in, we were told that we never finished booking our room and they had no record of us having a room there. Despite the fact that I showed the staff member at the desk our confirmation that our room was paid in full, showing the charge on my credit card bill, as well as showing them an email they sent us, welcoming us to Paris and asking if there was anything they cold do to make our stay better. The situation was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes, but if you are booking through hotels.com, make sure to have all your booking confirmation with you. Not sure where the mix up was, but it was not the best start to our trip. As for location, and food and shopping nearby, - perfect.

We would like to extend our million thanks to Juan on the front desk who was very helpful, accommodating and guiding us our stay at the hotel and providing directions to visit beautiful places in Paris memorable. We also thanks Alex for his kindness in checking us in earlier after we arrived at the hotel so early from Airport. The room was always clean. There was an issue of the clogging shower area but was quickly fixed. The breakfast was wonderful but it is suggested if you can serve different varieties of items in different days not same items for five consecutive days. Overall, everything was wonderful and we highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. For sure, we will love to stay again in this hotel when we come back to visit Paris.

It was in the location we wanted, close to the Eiffel tower, which was great. However upon check-in, we were told that we never finished booking our room and they had no record of us having a room there. Despite the fact that I showed the staff member at the desk our confirmation that our room was paid in full, showing the charge on my credit card bill, as well as showing them an email they sent us, welcoming us to Paris and asking if there was anything they cold do to make our stay better. The situation was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes, but if you are booking through hotels.com, make sure to have all your booking confirmation with you. Not sure where the mix up was, but it was not the best start to our trip. As for location, and food and shopping nearby, - perfect.

Our stay was enhanced by the woinderful staf at Hotel de La PAIX. The neighboorhood is also amazing with many restaurants around.
