El hotel está bien para su finalidad, que es pasar la noche antes de un vuelo, está limpio y bien ubicado. Sin embargo tuvimos una situación con la chica de recepción que fue muy grosera, indispuesta a explicar y buscar soluciones e incluso empezó a gritar.

No solo fui gritado y humillado por el personal de check in, llegar de un largo camino en la noche, cansado y con esposa e hija y recibir gritos y humillaciones por parte de una cadena como Accor es lo peor, en todos mis viajes jamas habido sido tratado de esa forma. Esto no puede ser llamado hotel. Entiendon las reglas del hotel en las que eramos 2 adultos y 1 menor, la persona del check in gritó diciendo que: "eramos seres humanos" como se nos ocurria querer dormir 3 en una habitación de dos, tuve que pedirle parara de gritar porque mi hija estaba espantada. Claro que negarme el check in fue sencillo porque la reservación ya estaba pagada. Tuve que pagar otro hospedaje y despues salió el personal de Accor a pedir disculpas por su comportamiento; pero el daño ya estaba hecho. Lo escribo y aun me siento como cucaracha, en mi vida turística siempre he tenido upgrades y regalos, nunca humillaciones.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room did not have a mini fridge nor a safe. I am giving 4 stars since the front reception did not notify me that breakfast was extra (not included).

Despite arriving very late, our check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and functional. The Hotel is in a nice spot on the outskirts of Beauvais. The town centre is within walkable distance (with a good pair of shoes), although a bus service runs from nearby (only €1).

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Quiet and tranquil.

Was charged 2x for the city tax... once at check in and again at check out because the man working in the morning was unable to locate that I had paid. Even having used card to pay the man at the desk was unwilling to look into where my missing payment was. Other than that room was fine.

Det var en väldigt avslappnad lugn o skön vistelse. Bra service som verkligen ansträngde sig och hade mycket bra bemötande. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell nära flygplatsen! Enda minus var att jag inte kunde betala med mitt svenska bankkort! (Som sedan fungerade utmärkt på Metro och andra hotel)

Nice and clean

Good breakfast and very understanding staff who made the evening spent there, welcoming.

This an airport hotel and is quick and efficient for stay while passing through. It has friendly staff and a nice breakfast plus several dininf options close by in walking distance.

Room was clean and tidy. Hotel seems a little dated but in good shape. Customer service was ok. We had small issues with non functioning toilet and a broken pull out sofa bed. Restaurant open times seemed limited to us.

Hôtel pratique pour étape aéroport. Chambre rénovée propre, manque bouilloire eau et produits courtoisie ... bruno

The only problem is that is not easy to get to or get to the airport without expensive taxi fares….

Séjour pour affaire très bien

Parfait, accueil 24/24 agréable , literie confortable . Salle de bain un peu petite pour 2 mais excellent état , pratique , douche fonctionnelle agréable. Chauffage très réactif pour une petite pointe de chaud à l'arrivée mais j'ai vite remis sur la température initiale.

Great balance of value; the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
