ibis Le Havre Centre

Leider war der Fitnessraum für uns eine große Enttäuschung. Er gab nur einen Fitnessgerät für Muskeltraining und dieses war defekt.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel agréable. Bien situé au centre du Havre. Personnel très gentil. A refaire.

Surtout si vous êtes assez pressé, n’allez pas au restaurant de l’hôtel, les deux serveuses et le serveur sont constamment derrière le bar. Ne regarde pas si nous avons fini, il faut tout le temps les appeler le service est très très long.

Lovely hotel food excellent

Everything is great!!! Close to the train station, and short walk to grocery/Carefour and city center. Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, and a working AC!

Seul petit bemol: chambre avec 2 lits simples qui etaient cote à côte (= lit double) impossible à séparer vu la configuration de la chambre et drap plat au lieu de drap housse ce qui a fait que le surmatelas glissait du matelas. Accueil et petit déjeuner excellent

Nice hotel. Walkable distance from train station. Only dislikes was the room didn’t cool off much and the mattress toppers came off alot. Easy to fall out of bed because of them.

Staff need to be more proactive and welcoming. All people at reception came across as indifferent to a guest being there or not. It could be the French culture but surely they don't only attract French guests. Staff in the restaurant do need to be significantly more communicative. I was sat at a table for 10 min before daring to ask if breakfast was self-service, for example. In the same morning, although well before the end of breakfast time allowance, and halfway through my breakfast a kitchen staff started clearing food away, which made me feel that I cannot help myself with more food. Reception staff really need to be taught to smile. They didn't make me feel welcome, although they did try to be helpful if I stepped forward and requested something. They very much made me feel their who training (including language) and attitude was tailored to the French-speaking and French culture market alone.

Etablissement un peu vieillot mais confortable et propre

Hotel padrão Ibis para melhor. Hotel renovado e localizado muito próximo à estação de trem e de ônibus de Le Havre. Ótimo para fazer bate e voltas na região.
