Hôtel bien aménagé et bien situé. Proche de la gare mais pas trop donc assez calme. D’excellents restaurants aux alentours et la place Stanislas à 15’ à pied. Chambres bien aménagées et assez spacieuses.

The family room had 2 double beds and one of them was a sofa bed with a not very good mattress. My husband shared this with our eldest son and had a terrible nights sleep. The other bed which I shared with my other younger son was really comfortable. An option for single beds for the kids would have been preferred. Apart from this the room was good value for money, the staff were really helpful and we had a lovely stay.

Room is not as big as expected. OK to sleep. Breakfast is fine, with lots of choices. Location is quiet and close to train station. Receptionist Oleg is kind and responsible who took care the parcel service for my bags left behind at the hotel. Thanks!

Accueil très chaleureux cependant plusieurs manquements lors de mon séjour. J’ai eu une chambre au 3eme étage avec un ascenseur en panne. Les escaliers étaient très rude également donc clairement ce matin lors de la descente j’ai failli tomber. Dans la chambre, le chauffage fessait des bruits, j’ai dû carrément le fermer pour dormir…

Bien qu’il y ait un certain effort sur la déco , la chambre est bien trop petite , ressenti moins de 10 m2. Il n’y a pas de porte vers les toilette et la douche , séparée par une baie vitrée du lit . Vraiment trop bizarre . Pas d’endroit pour travailler , à peine une tablette et un tabouret en fer . Trop cher pour la prestation

Cette fois ci la chambre était moins confortable: isolation phonique très mauvaise, fort odeur des canalisations et bruit provenant de l'extérieur (moteur de la clim de la chambre voisine ?). Problème avec les clés qui ne fonctionnent pas. Point positif: le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Hôtel rénové, bien situé pour voyage d’étape. Accueil réception impeccable et professionnel. Chambres propres, modulo les toiles d’araignées sur les luminaires de la salle de bain, mais très mal insonorisées. Petit déjeuner à revoir: buffet quasi vide un dimanche matin à 9h30, plus de pain, plus de mug ni verre ni bols ni serviettes (nous nous sommes rabattus sur des gobelets cartons, pas très eco responsable, et la vaisselle enfants), service déplorable. La jeune fille est totalement dépassée, au bord de la crise de nerf… Dommage car le choix semblait prometteur (un peu mieux le samedi matin).
