Wonderful from the moment we arrived to when we left. The property is absolutely gorgeous, understated but luxurious. The staff go above and beyond, they were helpful and friendly throughout our stay and which made it even more special - they really care. We were welcomed with a drink enjoyed in the lounge which is filled with comfy velvet sofas and coffee table guests, perfect for people watching. The room was just delightful, a welcome sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of the city, the most comfortable bed! Very powerful shower! Lovely J.K. toiletries, Dyson hairdryer, nespresso machine and kettle, complimentary minibar with snacks also included. Divine breakfast all à la carte and cooked fresh - try the vegetable quiche, it was delicious. We enjoyed a night cap in the bar which was the perfect end to a night. We would highly recommend, its location was a short stroll from the river on the left bank almost next to Mussee D’orsay so very convenient for walking around and exploring.

JK Place is the most special hotel in Paris. I have stayed at many other five star hotels and this really is my favorite. The ambience, the incredible staff, the kindness and care of which they treat their guests is unsurpassed. Room was perfection, food beyond and I love the quiet location. We had done quite a bit of research before booking this hotel. In fact, we were surprised by the extremely positive testimonials about the JK place. These testimonials sounded too good to be true. But they are true. In fact, the hotel, it’s staff and amenities significantly surpassed my high expectations. It is small, but incredibly comfortable… It feels like being in your own living room… Incredible attention to detail, beautiful decor and fantastic staff. Every little detail from the glasses, to the soap, the towels, the linen, the napkins, the books on display… And everything else it was the most amazing experience. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and see you very soon.

Beautiful hotel that was very accommodating and the people working were friendly. Two big issues that I had: we saw a mouse on the first floor on two separate occasions. One was in the lobby waiting area and the other was during our dinner at Casa Tua. More importantly, I proposed to my fiancé during our stay and requested a bottle of champagne and flowers to be placed in the room for the proposal. They knew in advance of our stay and were reminded the first day we arrived, which they said would be their pleasure to accommodate. To my surprise, all they did was tie a couple of party store balloons to our headboard. No flowers and no champagne. That was very disappointing as I expected much more from an elite 5 star hotel charging over $1200 EU per night. Ultimately, it was a really nice hotel, but I will always be disheartened by how they handled our engagement.

Beautiful hotel that was very accommodating and the people working were friendly. Two big issues that I had: we saw a mouse on the first floor on two separate occasions. One was in the lobby waiting area and the other was during our dinner at Casa Tua. More importantly, I proposed to my fiancé during our stay and requested a bottle of champagne and flowers to be placed in the room for the proposal. They knew in advance of our stay and were reminded the first day we arrived, which they said would be their pleasure to accommodate. To my surprise, all they did was tie a couple of party store balloons to our headboard. No flowers and no champagne. That was very disappointing as I expected much more from an elite 5 star hotel charging over $1200 EU per night. Ultimately, it was a really nice hotel, but I will always be disheartened by how they handled our engagement.

Staff was amazing. Attentive but there to make you completely relaxed. Feels very intimate - room was fabulous. Decor refreshing and practical. Look forward to checking out the Rome location.
