Super friendly staff. Best possible location next to the louvre and comedy Francis. Lots of cafes and restaurant. Lovely surrounding but elegant and quiet. Metro stop right there. Lots of space in the living and bedroom. I’ve stayed at many good hotels in Paris but this is the best yet

This place is very safe, clean with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen had all amenities including dishwasher and a huge refrigerator. There was also a washer dryer which was great! there are free drinks, and water at the lobby area every day. The most spectacular part is this hotel is close to everything a tourist would like to visit. Most of them are walkable or within 10 to15 mins drive.
The areas around are super safe and has a pharmacy and money exchange centers close by. There are so many cafes and restaurants to chose from all around the hotel. This location is simply fantastic!!

A fabulous place to stay. My wife and I have a 4 month old baby and this was a perfect place. Separate lounge area to room and kitchen was so helpful and very good. Would stay here and recommend it over and over again

Busquei essa hospedagem considerando 5 estrelas. É um bom hotel, porém no máximo 3 estrelas. A localização é de fato muito boa, com vários restaurantes, supermercados e atrações ao lado. O aquecimento é centralizado, então hora fica quente demais, e outras fria. O sofá cama é péssimo. Cozinha com poucos utensílios. TV das antigas, apenas canais locais. Atendimento bem mediano. Tem cafeteira no quarto com reposição diária de cápsulas. Válido se hospedar aqui apenas pela localização.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the room size especially when traveling with a child. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the location is great. It’s close to the louvre and walking distance to the gardens and shopping. There is construction happening directly in front of the hotel. Our washer was broken in our room, but the hotel staff took our wet clothes and washed and dried it downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shortly after arriving the hot water went off and stayed that way for two days. We were told all sorts of stories, from engineers on site repairing ‘now’ to caused by the digging work outside (which we were not advised about) to being repaired the day be fore we left. It was only on that update that we insisted we were relocated to another 4 star hotel in the area at the hotel’s expense. Then suddenly the water was fixed! As compensation we were emailed and told we would not be charged for the only breakfast we had in the hotel! Not exactly an equal compensation. To add insult to injury the hotel insisted on charging breakfast on departure and it took 10 minutes for them to understand their manager had waived it. By which time we were late for out taxi and were charged a waiting fee! We come to Paris regularly but this hotel was a big disappointment. It tries to be grand, but it isn’t.

This was our honeymoon. The hotel never informed us there would be roadworks outside the main entrance. This also resulted in NO water on the first night and barely any water on the second day. There was no hot water for the entire stay. We decided to check out at 7pm on the second night as the hotel could not guarantee any water. This was all very disappointing and not in keeping with a 5* hotel. I have asked the hotel for a full refund and expect hotels.com to refund me in full next week.
