La Féline Blanche is a beautiful old building full of charm and character with stunning Mountain View’s. The location is perfect for enjoying everything the town offers and a two minute walk to the ski bus that will get you to the main lift in 5-10 mins. All the hotel staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely be back!

Boutique Hotel très confortable, décoration très agréable. Accueil chaleureux, petits déjeuners faits maison délicieux. Literie très confortable et SB d'une propreté irréprochable. Seul une peu plus de lumière électrique dans la chambre pour le soir serait agréable.

Notre chambre était située au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Aucune séparation entre le lavabo et la chambre. Les WC étaient exigus, pas de porte juste un rideau à tirer. Aucune table de travail. Décoration bricolée, multiprises, planches en bois visées et peintes avec maladresse et désinvolture. A éviter absolument sauf pour amateurs de cabanes en bois.

Recommended. Our plan was to stay for just 1 night as we were purchasing a property nearby. Due to a problem with reconnecting the electricity we ended up staying 3 nights. The host is excellent and helped us despite us asking for another room at the last minute. The hotel is very well located in the centre of St Gervais, close to the best restaurants and parking, in early June, was very easy and free in the main car park. The beds in the two rooms we stayed in were very comfortable and the rooms clean and decorated in a rustic chic style. As the location is quiet you can sleep with the windows open. The continental breakfast is very good and you can add extras as required. Very good freshly squeezed orange juice. There are no lifts but Antoine will happily carry your bags to the room if needed

Hôtel accueillant, rénové avec des matériaux simples et sobres mais avec une déco campagne/chic très chaleureuse et douillette. Bien situé, prés de toutes les commodités mais au calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très gracieux. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Il n'avait pas de porte à nos toilettes mais un rideau et cela ne nous a pas gênés car nous sommes ensemble depuis 40 ans...La douche est spacieuse, le lavabo confortable. La literie est confortable et de qualité et le linge de toilette est magnifique et généreux. On a apprécié le balcon donnant sur une rue calme avec vue sur la montagne. Les sols sont en bois ce qui fait que les escaliers grincent, mais quel confort !!! On a adopté, plus besoin de chercher ailleurs lors de nos prochains séjours car le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable et on s'y sent bien.

Dès l'arrivée, et tout au long de votre séjour, le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses clients. C'est assurément le point fort de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est aussi excellent, avec un large choix dont des produits "maison". En revanche, les chambres "éco" sont décevantes. La déco est toute pimpante, moderne et chaleureuse, mais les chambres sont assez petites et un peu sombres. Mais le vrai point négatif c'est l'absence de porte à la salle de bains (qui inclut les toilettes)... Autrement, tout l'hôtel (hall, salle de petit déjeuner, ...) est joliment décoré et bien situé, au centre de St Gervais mais au calme et avec un parking gratuit tout proche.

Séjour de 6 nuits des plus agréables grâce l'accueil personnalisé d'Antoine qui est toujours là pour rendre service et répondre à vos questions et besoins. La chambre solo était plutôt grande. Dans tout l'hôtel le décor est sobre mais témoigne d'un grand souci du détail, moderne avec caractère. Excellent petit-déj.

Ho serie riserve su questo albergo e sinceramente non mi sento di consigliarlo. La prima e che la camera "comfort", prenotata al costo di 98€ notte, ha il bagno letteralmente a vista sulla camera ed è aperto e separato solo da una leggero tendaggio. La cosa metterebbe già in imbarazzo un singolo, figuriamoci poi se viaggiate in coppia. La cosa a detta del gestore è dichiarata su expedia. In verità nelle "maggiori informazioni" (io personalmente non ero arrivato a leggere fino a lì) si dice "Bagno: bagno parzialmente a vista con combinazione doccia/vasca, set di cortesia e asciugacapelli". Ho avuto " bagni a vista" (molto di moda in alcuni alberghi newyorkesi) ma questi sono CHIUSI da una vetrata, mica aperti come questi. Una cosa per me inconcepibile. Per farla breve, abbiamo detto che la camera non ci piaceva per questa ragione e il gestore ci ha fatto un upgrade a pagamento per la camera superior. Meglio, peccato (e questo è il secondo punto) che non c'è ascensore e questo proprio non viene detto nelle info dell'albergo. Tre piani con una valigia da 20kg non è simpatico, ovviamente non c'è servizio concierge che sia lì a darvi una mano. Per concludere: l'albergo di per se è carino e con buona posizione e vista, sottolineo anche la cortesia del personale ma mancano alcuni elementi base per renderlo raccomandabile.

Dans tout l'hôtel le décor est sobre mais témoigne d'un grand souci du détail, moderne avec caractère. Excellent petit-déj.

Ho serie riserve su questo albergo e sinceramente non mi sento di consigliarlo. La prima e che la camera "comfort", prenotata al costo di 98€ notte, ha il bagno letteralmente a vista sulla camera ed è aperto e separato solo da una leggero tendaggio. La cosa metterebbe già in imbarazzo un singolo, figuriamoci poi se viaggiate in coppia. La cosa a detta del gestore è dichiarata su expedia. In verità nelle "maggiori informazioni" (io personalmente non ero arrivato a leggere fino a lì) si dice "Bagno: bagno parzialmente a vista con combinazione doccia/vasca, set di cortesia e asciugacapelli". Ho avuto " bagni a vista" (molto di moda in alcuni alberghi newyorkesi) ma questi sono CHIUSI da una vetrata, mica aperti come questi. Una cosa per me inconcepibile. Per farla breve, abbiamo detto che la camera non ci piaceva per questa ragione e il gestore ci ha fatto un upgrade a pagamento per la camera superior. Meglio, peccato (e questo è il secondo punto) che non c'è ascensore e questo proprio non viene detto nelle info dell'albergo. Tre piani con una valigia da 20kg non è simpatico, ovviamente non c'è servizio concierge che sia lì a darvi una mano. Per concludere: l'albergo di per se è carino e con buona posizione e vista, sottolineo anche la cortesia del personale ma mancano alcuni elementi base per renderlo raccomandabile.
