Alles war absolut super. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und super Service.

I was amazed at the service spirit of the staff like a five-star hotel. I appreciate their attentiveness to their customers. Both the check-in and check-out times and the breakfast time I experienced their amazing service. When I left something in my room, they let me know quickly and clearly, and when I went to find my lost item, they were as kind as possible. I will definitely come back to this place.

Taxi is always unable to find the way to the hotel. Hotel restaurant does not open in the evening. Weekends have very few nearby restaurants open. Quite inconvenient other than going to the office buildings in that neighbourhood

Team accueil et petit déjeuner, services tops mieux que certains restaurants... Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, certains détails importants pêchent : la tête de lit complètement usée en lambeaux, masquées par les oreillers. L’interrupteur entrée usé a du jeu, peur d’y toucher. La porte mérite une meilleure finition. Un bureau, une chaise pour travailler serait un plus. Voilà pour ma part.

I had booked 2 rooms for us and our friends. Our friends room was freezing cold and we complained about, around 14. When we came back at midnight, nobody has checked it, so first then something happened. But they coukd not fix it, so our friends had to change room at midnight. And the cleaning man smelled so bad. When he left we had to use perfume. And the next day he just walked into our room 8 in the morning and did not even knock on the door. Then he came back 1 hour later and was confused that we where still in the room. But we should not check out before 12. The area is not great but close to trains and big shopping center.

Me cobraron cosas que no creo q cobraran. Fee por limpieza de la habitación. Y otros cobros que solo dicen Compelmentary.?? Creo que no gaste en nada pero igual cobraron.

La struttura ci ha permesso un ottimo soggiorno, camere confortevoli e pulite ottimo personale con grande disponibilità ottima colazione comodissimo servizio mezzi pubblici ( metro)

The location was terrible… No one could find the place. Food places were limited & too far from most attractions.

A very nice hotel, fantastic breakfast. It is reached by Metro line 1 (yellow), Important to exit at Esplanade de la Defense (second last station), get out in the direction of the train, spot a round building and walk around it anti clockwise until you find the hotel entrance. 100 m. The hotel is situated at the end of a giant outdoor mall 2 km long and 100m across. With this advice you will avoid it. Line 1 takes you to Paris center and most important places and connections, it is fast and frequent, thus the hotel is centrally placed in a practical sense. Although it doesnt seem so on the map

Hôtel propre, bien placé, pas loin des galeries de la Défense, proche du métro. Personnel attentionné et disponible. Bon choix de petit déjeuner

Zona d’affari ben servita e frequentata da persone tranquille e affidabili. Presenza di locali e intrattenimento per la sera. La metro M1 comodissima e copra praticamente tutte le zone di Parigi. Consigliato

Hôtel is great however the construction and road work around the area was challenging for Taxi drivers and was further out from what we thought from main attractions. The area is walkable if you don’t mind getting your steps in. I would recommend the hotel and their restaurant was lovely with great food.
