It is extremely clean, comfortable and has great toiletries. The waters and sodas in the room were complimentary at the time of my stay. The restaurant on site seemed expensive but it is a quick walk to the airport terminal to the grocery and quick serve dining options.
Of note: The courtyard between the terminal and the hotel is cobblestone, which could be difficult if you need accessibility or have heavy luggage.

Excellent location near CDG - hotel property itself very nice and would definitely return, however the common area between hotel entrance and the tram station was nasty. Cigarette butts, beer cans, broken glass and an abundance of derelicts that create a menacing environment. Property owners of the area hotels and local government should work together to clean things up.

We arrived at 11 pm. Very slow checkin process. Got to room. Ants in toilet area. Could not drain bathtub for my family member to shower. Called for help, no one on the phone could understand English. Room was dusty. They told us a shuttle would pick us up the next morning for a ride to the airport.
We waited and waited. Then we found out we were to walk across the street to the train.
Will not stay there again!

Great value, proximity to CDG, etc. Two things: if you have luggage, transporting more than two pieces on the CDG tram will be difficult and you’ll pay top price for a lift or cab. Second, breakfast is excellent but there is no hôtel store or vending and the restaurant sees itself as gourmet, so lighter meals will have to be taken at the airport. On Sunday this could be problematic.

Quel dommage que cette chambre n’ait pas été vérifiée avant mon arrivée.
La porte de la salle de bain se bloquait à mi ouverture et il fallait forcer la porte pour l’ouvrir ou la fermer complètement, de plus il se dégageait une odeur nauséabonde après écoulement de l’eau dans le lavabo.
La tuyauterie était probablement très encrassée. Tout ceci était très facile à détecter si la chambre avait été vérifiée avant mon arrivée. Plutôt décevant pour un quatre étoiles!
Cela m’a fait regretter de ne pas avoir séjourné dans l’hôtel juste en face certes moins étoilé mais pour lequel je n’ai jamais eu de souci. On peut toujours mieux faire si on fait un effort.

Easily accessible with big clean quiet rooms. Didn’t try the food. However, as with a lot of places France, check in staff seem to go out of their way to be rude. Definitely a lack of professionalism.

Nous avions déjà logé au Pullman entre 2 vols et nous avons trouvé l’hôtel parfait….raison pour laquelle nous y sommes retournés.
Pour notre prochain stop à Paris dans 1 mois ce sera le même hôtel sans nul doute.

This hotel was fancy and beautiful and had the best of just about everything! The pool was amazing!! My only complaint was the room service app did not work and the food itself when it arrived was a little disappointing-and I paid for a dessert and never received it…Although I have to say it was very late in the evening, I’m sure the staff did their best.

This was a very nice hotel and clean and comfortable room. The amenities were all eco friendly.
The concierge was overwhelmed by something and kept himself busy, but finally got pur bags put of storage.
The check in and out was efficient and breakfast buffet very good!
