I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Lyon for the Congrès de Lyon, and it was an excellent experience. The location could not have been more convenient—just a one-minute walk from the conference venue, which made attending sessions and networking incredibly easy.
The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, almost like a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area—perfect for longer stays or simply having the comfort of extra space.
Their breakfast, offered at an affordable price, was more than sufficient to start the day well. I also really appreciated the staff at the front desk. They were consistently respectful, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, it was a seamless and comfortable experience that I would definitely recommend for anyone attending events at the Congrès or visiting Lyon for business.

This is not a hotel but a managed apartment. Checkin was slow and 1-hour early checkin was denied. No cleaning service during my 2-night stay. They even wanted to charge 10 euros to get a towel. Minimum amenity. Worst part: Expedia price was 10 euro more than the front desk price.

Bien mais petit déjeuner pas bon du tout. Pour 12 euros il faut faire des effort !!!
Literie trop dure. Il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre et si on ouvrait la fenêtres on avait droit aux multiples coup de telephones et conversation de la voisine...

Hôtel difficile à trouver. Standard difficilement joignable alors que je cherche l'hôtel.
Les rideaux ne peuvent pas être tirés complètement.
La douche passe du chaud au froid toutes les 10 secondes.
On entend comme des bruits de déménagement au petit matin venant de partout, peut-être le ménage des autres chambres.
Idéalement situé dans la Cité Internationale.

Acceuil au top, appartement spacieux mais mal approvisionné (pas de gel douche et cela manque cruellement de kit d'arrivee comme du café , du thé et du sopalin) , nettoyage qui laisse a désirer par endroit et état général moyen. Pas mal d'endroits abîmés qui mériteraient un coup de rafraîchissement. Les pieds du lit étaient même prêts à se casser.

Emplacement parfait. Très calme. Accueil et renseignements efficaces. Chambre très propre d’apparence (salle de bain, wc, kitchenette , linge de lit et de toilette) mais il ne faut pas regarder dans les détails (poussière/crasse derrière la TV, glissière des portes de la salle de bain, jointure table).

Bezoek was zeer goed. Zeer leuke studio. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Bediening was uitstekend. Vriendelijk en zeer informatief. Ook in buurt veel eetgelegenheid. En alles op loopafstand en mooie omgeving. Min punt vond k geen afwasmiddel alleen vaatwasser. En Ventilatie beetje te luid.

I recently stayed at Montempo, Cité International in Lyon for two weeks and had a great experience. I was accommodated in a spacious 2-bed studio equipped with an electric hob, fridge, and microwave. The service and cleanliness were excellent, which made my stay comfortable.
There were only few minor inconveniences. The microwave lacked a grill or oven function, which limited my cooking options. Additionally, the liquid bathing soap provided ran out quickly, and I had to use the duvets from both beds for extra warmth.
Despite these small issues, the location was incredibly convenient for my meetings at Cité International. Overall, I highly recommend Montempo for its good service, cleanliness and convenience.
