Ignore the outside of the building. It's a commercial property so looks like it, but once you're inside who cares. What's important here is the great location. It was an easy, very direct three minute walk from the railway station with cases etc and within spitting distance of a bridge over the canal for a five minute stroll into the city centre. The apartment is perfect for a couple and had all we needed for our stay. It was warm and (mostly) private, as long as you remembered it overlooked other buildings and a tram stop! The management were quite open about things being a bit tired here and there so there weren't any great surprises. And yes, perhaps it could do with some fresh paint and some new towels, but that's just an observation. Overall we were very happy and comfortable and close to a lot of convenient things not of a touristy nature.

Need to fix the drainage in the bathroom sink and shower, other than that everything else was good. Communication is great👍

L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas du centre historique. Il est confortable et le gérant est disponible. Malheureusement, le logement sentait très fort le tabac froid et nous n'avons pas pu faire partir l'odeur de tout le séjour. C'est dommage, ça a un peu gâché notre séjour.

Appartement très bien placé aux portes de la grande île de Strasbourg et de la Petite France. Super pour des promenades en famille.

Struttura buona da rinnovare nelle porte e nelle prese elettriche. ottimo riscaldamento Suggerimento per il proprietario: fornisca asciugamani più grandi idonei per la doccia, dispensatori di sapone doccia al muro, piano cottura elettrico da verificare il funzionamento. nel complesso ottima soluzione

Contact via Whatsapp and immediately reply from owner, he sent us access codes for self check in. I had problems to open the door, owner came within 5 minutes to help. Good location and apartment is pretty clean and included everything you need for a few days. Owner arranged parking place just 2 minutes from apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen & nur in einer Gehminute ist man beim Einkaufszentrum les Halles. Es ist alles sauber geputzt, hat einen grossen Kühlschrank & beim Check-in & Check-out hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Très belle appartement propre belle décoration, On peut visiter le centre de Strasbourg à pied ou en tramway tout est à porte. Ville magnifique beaucoup de chose a visité. Propriétaire très discret accès facile au logement et au parking privé.

This property is very close to the main train station, and then a short walk to the Christmas markets, Petite France and the Cathedral. It is roomy with good amenities. Great staying in a place with a little kitchen. Good communication before arrival about accessing the apartment.

完全に民泊でした。私が止まった部屋は部屋内ににキッチンがあります（別室ではありません。ワンルームタイプです。）　宿のスタッフと会うことは一度も無く，入室方法などはすべてメールなどでの連絡でした。３泊しましたが，清掃は期間中はありませんでした（これは気兼ねが無いとも言えます）。写真と実物との違和感も感じました(実物はちょっとショボイかな？)。立地は駅にも近く，観光地もすぐ行けるので便利ですが，表通りからは１本外れていて，少し微妙な地区かもしれません。これはHotel.comの問題でしょうが，民泊とわかっていたなら申し込まなかったかもしれません。

What I saw in Expedia was different than what I got There are 3 or 4 accomodation in a floor and you may get sny one No aircondition just a fan No wardrobe, just some hangers on wall Dirty pillow cover Outdated stuff inside room that no one dare to touch it even to make a tee or coffee Stained bath curtain Bad odour in the room In general it was like an emergency place for homless people Photos shows everything!!! Expedia must be very carful in accepting places like this to list in their website!! I recently upgraded to gold member in Expdia but if I receive any similar accommodation in future I definitely stop using Expedia

Lage: wirklich zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt Gebäude: gross und naja - vielleicht 70er Jahre Bürobau ?? Appartement: im 1. OG liegend, nach einer gemeinsamen Tür zum Treppenhaus gehen von einem grossen Flur 3 (oder 4?) Appartements ab. Alle Türen sind zum zuziehen - das Scheppert gewaltig! Wir hatten das "Arc de ciel", welches nach hinten liegt und einen "Parkblick" hat. Besser sollte man sagen, es hat einen Parkplatz- und Kinderspielplatzblick und unter der Fenstertür stehen direkt 4 Klimageräte, die am Montag morgens um kurz vor 7 ansprangen - laut ! (wir waren am Wochenende da und da waren sie aus). Alle anderen Appartements liegen zur Strasse - ich denke, das ist dann noch mal lauter. Ein Nachbarappartement war vermietet - man hörte ALLES - d.h. es ist sehr hellhörig. Einrichtung: es gibt alles, was man für ne Übernachtung braucht, aber nett ist anders. Blick direkt auf Schaufel, Besen und Bügelbrett - der Kühlschrank rattert, der Lattenrost war gebrochen (wurde nach Reklamation am nächsten Tag in einen angebrochenen getauscht). Und bereits nach unserer Abreise eine Info, dass nun ein neuer Rost im Appartment sei. Service: war ok und nach Reklamation kümmerte man sich auch gleich Empfehlung: also ICH würde nicht mehr dort übernachten.
