The hotel looks amazing and it is well maintained. It is within walking distance from the Eiffel tower and many other great amenities. Staff are very helpful. The only thing they need to improve is the air conditioning since it worked partially in our room, however, they lent us a fan for the side of the room that was not cold enough. So far we had a great time at this hotel. The breakfast was very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant experience. It was very safe comfortable, and we were able to check in on time, and all the staff was very helpful.

Location was excellent. The room was actually bigger than expected. Clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved all the arcade games and play room after a full day of walking. Staff was friendly and helpful always. Would stay here again especially with kids.

Visitamos al final de una ola de calor importante y creo que es relevante tener eso en mente al leer esto. La visita anterior fue en febrero y no hubo ningún problema similar. Habiendo dicho eso me parece relevante que para lo que se paga por noche no se planifique que el aire acondicionado alcance para todas las habitaciones, que el ascensor de la calle estuviese roto todo el fin de semana (por los letreros se nota que ya llevaba tiempo) que uno de los dos ascensores internos tampoco funcionara y el otro que supuestamente funcionaba atrapó 3hrs a un par de personas. De ahí en fuera, todo muy enfocado en niños y la ubicación inmejorable.

Razoável, pela facilidade do quarto pra quem estava com crianças, excelente localização próxima a torre e de fácil acesso ao metrô, mas o ar condicionado deu problema e o hotel ficou muito quente. Das 5 noites que ficamos, 3 foram insuportáveis, devido a onda de calor e o problema no ar condicionado. Além disso, não encontrava funcionários na madrugada, um elevador esteve quebrado durante toda nossa estadia, depois quebrou o elevador externo. Enfim, nossa experiência não foi muito boa.

The hotel was good and the staff was excellent. We were there during the heatwave and the A/C was not up for the job. It basically did not do anything. The room was very hot. We were able to get a fan, and that helped somewhat. The hotel and/or Expedia gave us a partial refund, and we appreciated that. Great location. We will consider staying again, next time in Paris, if we are there at a cooler time of year.

Elevador sem funcionar, não tem funcionário que ajudem com as malas, ar condicionado do quarto sem funcionar, quartos bem pequenos e sem frigobar, passamos a primeira noite no calor absurdo, somente segundo dia nos trocaram de quarto. Pelo menos reembolsaram uma diária. Não recomendo.

This is a kid friendly hotel and not for adults! It’s very child based, and while the reviews said it was great for couples, I would disagree! The location was great, as it was close to the Eiffel Tower downtown, but that was the highlight! We didn’t think the staff was welcoming during check in, and often times would meet staff in elevator or thoughout hotel and they wouldn’t speak! Would not stay here again, but great for kids! Couples- Don’t Recommend

Very good location near bus and metro stops. We came during the worst heat wave in France’s history, and the main lobby area was still well air conditioned. The rooms did their best (were around 80-82°F when it was 110°F outside). The food was fine, only got dinner there. They did run out of chicken, which was a bummer for the kids to not have that option. The rooms are very tight if you have an infant that requires a crib, but we made it work for the three nights. Great staff, incredibly helpful, everyone spoke English which was huge. I would come here again on our next trip!

I would have rated better but the day we arrived there was No AC. We were told they have a tech fixing it but that never happened. The entire hotel had no AC and it was during a bad heat wave. The entire stay we were there it was miserable. No cold drinks either…. No refrigerator in the room or cold drinks for sale really. They did try to help by giving us a small fan but yea, after walking in the Paris sun during a heatwave and not having any reprieve from the heat. It was a rough stay. In addition they only have two elevators inside and one of them was broken. Then outside there is another elevator that ended up breaking. We tried to get a drink at the bar, the ice melted before you can sit down and that’s if they had ice. The night prior there was none. I will say this though, if the AC was working the rating would be better. Especially given the location. However comfort is what we are talking about and it was miserable. The staff was helpful for the most part. Not rude, just a language barrier for some that claimed to speak English. The breakfast was good. No complaints outside of a fly that ended up in the orange juice and instead of cleaning it they just poured more on top of it. Not recommend unless you can guarantee the room AC works.

Room was too small , had to sleep in a bookcase,had to climb over partner to get into bed.Then fire siren went off in the middle of the night. Staff were very good and appologised for the fire alarm .

Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. The elevators dont work. The air conditioning doesn't work. Staff were not helpful in resolving the issue. The room got so hot my son had an asthma flare up. The elevator to get to the hotel is broke so had to climb tons of stairs with all our heavy bags and the elevator in the hotel was slow and only 1 worked

Visited during a heat wave in June. Hotel common areas (lobby, dining, hallways) are not air conditioned, which we didn’t realize when booking and these areas got uncomfortably hot as a result. The air conditioning in all bedrooms went out for two of the 5 nights we were there with no one able to fix or service until the next day making two nights of little sleep. Hotel staff kindly explained it isn’t equipped to handle the high temperatures. Room was clean except for under the beds - stored suitcases there and they were filthy dusty when pulled out. Kids enjoyed the arcade room and breakfast is nice. Kids also loved the bunk beds. Location is easy access to the Eiffel Tower and several metro lines and cafes. Elevator from street to hotel also broke down for last two days (still broken when we left). Nice amenity of an extra shower room with baby baths on each floor (not air conditioned but provides clean towels and a nice option if multiple people need to shower at the same time).

No air conditioning for 2 nights. Completely unbearable. I understand there was a heat wave but as we went around Paris and went Ito other buildings and stores and talked to many people, no one else had this issue. Paying as much as we did, not getting the air conditioning fixed quicker is unacceptable. On top of that, there was not even ice available, for cold drinks to cool ourselves down. One of the 2 elevators was broken our entire stay making getting up to our room harder. The outdoor elevator to take us up the hotel broke as well. The o my saving grace to this stay was the friendliness of the front desk and a comfortable bed. Otherwise I would not recommend and I will be writing the hotel Managment.
