We were truly very happy with our stay at the hotel! The room’s colors and decor were so tasteful — it felt both modern and cozy. We honestly felt right at home. The hotel’s location was also super central, which made it really easy to get around and explore the area. We also felt completely safe throughout our stay — the hotel had a calm, secure atmosphere that gave us real peace of mind. All the facilities were great: clean, comfortable, quiet… everything was thoughtfully arranged. My sister and I absolutely loved staying here. We rested well and made lovely memories. It’s definitely a place we’d choose again. Thank you for everything Ibis! 🌿✨

Great central location to stay!

Central location! Walkable to old town and convenient breakfast spots opposite the hotel which open at 8am/9am.

Staff unable to solve a simple problem and kept dragging and delaying a situation that should have taken 5-10 minutes to solve. Maybe I am used to USA where customer service, employee initiative and empowerment is valued. Employees at this hotel were unable to take ownership of a straight forward problem (to change my reservations from 20-20 to 18-20, when plenty of rooms were available according to their own word. Besides this inability to solve this simple problem, the hotel is not to my taste. It seems it was designed by kindergarten children, making the room more suitable for children. I also found simple things as enough hangers, place to hang towels, unable to move desk chair due to lack of space. So after getting thoroughly frustrated at hotel inability to change dates, we moved out to cheaper hotel at 1/3 the cost and never felt inconvenienced at our new, cheaper hotel. Ended up losing all our money, since we had to depart sooner

Great hotel in a street full of restaurants. Good breakfast and great staff. Excellent service!

It would be good if you also made a disaster broadcast after the emergency broadcast.

We stayed three nights with a family but the last night sleep was devastated by the false fire alarm. Everybody in the hotel was running outside with a hurry and fear. That one moment (amateur technical situation) is enough to ruin the whole experience.

Mükemmel konumda.. otel ve oda dizayn çok sevimli, değişik.. oda konforlu ve ferah, yatak rahat, temel ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey mevcut..lobide 24 saat çay kahve ikramı iyi hissettiriyor..kahvaltı yeterli.. herşey için teşekkürler..

Tertemiz ve güzel bir oteldi. Rahatsızlık duyduğum hiç bir durum olmadı. Yalnız kaldım ve gayet konforluydu.

Quirky but great hotel

3 gece kaldık. Otel çok tatlı ve çok renkli dekore edilmiş, kapıdan girer girmez sizi lobide kocaman bir koyun karşılıyor :) Otelin konumu çok merkezi, Tiflis'in "Nişantaşı" diyebileceğimiz bir bölgede bulunuyor ve otelden çıkar çıkmaz çok şık kafe ve restoranlar 20-30 adım mesafede. Özgürlük Meydanından sola doğru yürürseniz Rustaveli caddesi, sağa doğru yürürseniz old town bölgesine kolayca ulaşıyorsunuz. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi (706), direkt olarak Özgürlük Meydanı'na bakıyordu. Oda temizliği iyiydi, odamız her gün toplandı, Ibis otellerde pek olmayan bornoz, terlik, diş fırçası vb de odada mevcuttu. Ayrıca tuvalette taharet musluğu var :) Eski olarak tuvalet çok küçük ve lavabo odanın ortasında. Biz çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gidersem hiç macera aramadan direkt burada kalırım.

Tertemiz harika bir otel. Lobide kahve, çay, su bedava hem de 24 saat, perdonel Tiflis in en güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personeli. Her yere yakın ve merkezi, çok keyifli bir otel.

03.00a.m check in yaptım. Resepsiyondaki görevli hızlı sekilde işlemleri yapıp odama girdim. Otel dekorasyonu da oda mobilyaları ve renkleri de çok keyifliydi. Yatak temiz, büyük ama bana göre çok yumuşaktı. Şikayet edemeyeceğim, wc ve duş yeni ve genişti. Özgürlük heykeli manzaralı odamdan çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltı çeşitli, temiz ve lezzetliydi. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otelin bir başka olumlu özelliği tam şehir merkezinde olması. Yürüyerek her yere gidebildim. 10m yürüyerek otobüs, taksi veya 5 dakika yürüyerek metro durağı vardı. Ben kullanmadım ama ucuz olduğunu biliyorum ve sık geçiyor. Otele en fazla 4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde gece bile açık marketler var. Tekrar gitsem yine kalırım.

Good location. Everything is perfect

The colors and concept of the hotel were very nice. Very close to the center. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Friendly reception, unlimited coffee, luggage storage service, and more.

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Ulaşım rahat bina temiz ve güzel. Ama yakınlarda olan diğer otellerin klima seslerini hafif bir uğultu olarak duyuyorsunuz. Kaldığımız odanın tuvaletinde havalandırma yoktu. Tül perdesi yıpranmış ve yırtıktı.

Nice hotel and clean room. Helpful and kind staff. Walking distance to Freedom square and few other places of interest and sightseeing options in Tbilisi. Heaps of restaurants and cafes literally right on the doorstep of the hotel. However, the bed was pretty small and may get noisy as it’s a busy street.
