The level of customer service at this property was completely inadequate during a national emergency. When hundreds of people were affected and stranded, the lack of empathy shown to guests who chose to stay at your hotel was unacceptable. Refusing to refund nights that guests were unable to use, through no fault of their own, added significant stress and financial burden at an already traumatic time. In a situation that was unimaginable for the world, Radisson’s response felt disrespectful and dismissive of customers’ well-being. Instead of support and understanding, guests were met with rigid policies and no meaningful accommodation of their circumstances. Additionally, the hotel did not provide warm water, so guests could not even rely on basic comforts such as a hot shower. This failure to meet fundamental expectations only compounded the overall disappointment with the stay.

Never again I’ve stayed at the Radisson before & always had a great stay, this time will forever stick in my memory. I booked the room using my hotel.com credit & sadly I think that’s the reason we were treated so badly. We booked a room for 4, consisting of 2 “double beds” in the past these have always been king sized beds, we were assigned room 120 that had what looked like 2 large single beds. The mattresses were at least 20 years old & only fit to cause severe back problems. It was so bad that we requested to move rooms, we were then assigned room 424, which I truly believe was staff quarters. It was tatty & the mattresses were 19 years old. Not one of us slept, debated leaving at 1am but didn’t have the energy, so we just laid in bed & waited for the sun to come up. In both rooms we were given 2 towels, in a room booked for 4, we called reception a number of times & the phone was never answered. Also the pools were absolutely freezing, catch a cold freezing. If this is how you treat customers for using their reward points, then maybe you shouldn’t be part of the rewards program. It’s a joke. This in no way reflects the attentiveness of the staff, they are great & do their best to help where they can.

The room’s size was quite small, despite the size of our living space, it was a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a great job in keeping our room clean. Staffing was great. Mr. Joseph, Shenard and a few more staff members that I cannot remember their names were very attentive and helpful. Shenard always went above and beyond when we attended the restaurant for dinner. Shenard always had a genuine smile on her face, and was always ready to help us pick a good meal when we didn’t know what we wanted to try. Mr Joseph was always so welcoming and helpful during breakfast time. He always had small talks with us to find out how our stay was going and if we needed assistance during breakfast time. The kids adored Shenard and Mr. Joseph. We loved the new upgrade Radisson made to the main pool and the new beach bar they added. This hotel was close to everything we needed, transportation, banks, near by restaurants, the beach and a grocery store. We had a pleasant stay at Radisson, and we are looking forward to come back for a fourth time.

Stayed the end of December, 2025 for 3 nights, the location is good, its on the beach and there are two pools, there is lots of parking, a supermarket and gas station is nearby, food options are close, the road is terrible. The property is fairly maintained. There is a drain running through the property, it is an eye sore and has a pungent scent, this shoukd be addressed. There are lots of options for breakfast which are average, likewise is the taste of the food. You have to pay separately for cocoa tea, $10 EC I understand, I did not buy it, I would not pay separately for that. For those who read this, no need to stack your plate like a dump truck at a buffet and then waste the food, you can visit the buffet as many times as you wish, please dont waste food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with a couple amenities like kettle, coffee machine, safe and refrigerator, my wife found the bed uncomfortable. I noticed that the buffet did not offer honey and to me, the bread was very crumbly. Overall, I will rate this hotel as 3.5 stars

The food was too salty and greasy. There were very few healthy choices at breakfast. Lunch and dinner options were generally bland. Service is pretty lousy. I got the feeling that the Radisson Resort was more interested in pleasing the staff than the guests. The bartender and some of the waitstaff were rude and seemed put out to be dealing with us. Terrible music blasted at both pools and at the beach. It was very hard to escape the noise. When I asked the staff to turn down the music, some did without complaining, while others insisted that they could not turn it down — it was for everyone to enjoy. Not sure who everyone was supposed to mean. Most of the guests were elderly or young couples with kids. No one was dancing. As for the rooms, there was no hot water, only cold. The cleaning staff did a good job of coming in every day and making the beds, but the linens smelled like mildew. The worst part of the whole stay was that the gym was out of order, as was the hot tub. I only chose this place because it claimed to have a gym. Imagine my disappointment upon arriving and learning that the gym had been temporarily closed - that was 3 days out of 5!

This was my third stay at Radisson in as many years. And as always, it’s the staff that dampens would could be a beautiful experience. Definitely in need of a professional overhaul on all sides. And it’s a pity because the facilities are beautiful. Grand Anse is a wonderful location. The food is great.

The food was too salty and greasy. There were very few healthy choices at breakfast. Lunch and dinner options were generally bland. Service is pretty lousy. I got the feeling that the Radisson Resort was more interested in pleasing the staff than the guests. The bartender and some of the waitstaff were rude and seemed put out to be dealing with us. Terrible music blasted at both pools and at the beach. It was very hard to escape the noise. When I asked the staff to turn down the music, some did without complaining, while others insisted that they could not turn it down — it was for everyone to enjoy. Not sure who everyone was supposed to mean. Most of the guests were elderly or young couples with kids. No one was dancing. As for the rooms, there was no hot water, only cold. The cleaning staff did a good job of coming in every day and making the beds, but the linens smelled like mildew. The worst part of the whole stay was that the gym was out of order, as was the hot tub. I only chose this place because it claimed to have a gym. Imagine my disappointment upon arriving and learning that the gym had been temporarily closed - that was 3 days out of 5!

This was my third stay at Radisson in as many years. And as always, it’s the staff that dampens would could be a beautiful experience. Definitely in need of a professional overhaul on all sides. And it’s a pity because the facilities are beautiful. Grand Anse is a wonderful location. The food is great.
