Villa Kaya

Mia, Agatha and the crew added first-rate service to the lovely rooms and unbeatable views. They advertise continental breakfast but that is serious undersell. The bar is on the honor system, how great is that? The pool is so peaceful you can fall asleep in it. You can snorkel right off their dock with equipment on site. There’s so much within walking distance we didn’t even rent a car. Mia got us a cab in a tight spot and made sure we’d actually arrived after a sickout paralyzed airport baggage handling. 10 out of 10 experience.

Room was perfect and staff went above and beyond decorating for my wife’s birthday! I didn’t even remember mentioning it was her birthday..

My stay at Villa Kaya was awesome and I cannot rave enough about the beautiful room especially the amazing ocean view and the very friendly, efficient and super responsive/accessible staff. The breakfast was also great because it was tasty local food. Lastly I was literally a stone's throw away from the very calm warm BBC beach. I will def be back :^)

Had a pleasant stay

Villa Kaya impressed me in so many ways. It was like my own private villa.The staff was top tier. Nordia went above and beyond for anything I needed like a concierge. I traveled alone for my birthday trip and I felt so safe. The view everyday from my room was a love!! You can walk right down to a deck to get in the water for a swim or paddle. There’s a small infinity pool looking right out at the Caribbean. Would I go back? Yes! Yes! Yes! I had a rough year after my grandmother passed and work was none stop. At Villa Kaya I got what I needed, a reset button. A place to relax, get clarity and I left feeling renewed. The whole staff was just wonderful, don’t change a thing.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. It feels like you are in a $1000 a night villa. Its beautiful. The view is amazing. It is quiet, but still a 5 minute walk to BBC beach which I think is nicer than Grand Anse Beach. On top of the view, the staff is amazing. Theres a little infinity pool, a dock with snorkling equipment to swim out with the fishes. Its pure perfection. There are different villas here all with unique advantages... and thats going to be the hardest decision when we come back... which one to request.

This property is beautiful and clean. Our stay was hassle-free. It overlooks the beautiful BBC beach and has a deck and a ladder to go into the water, paddles boards and snorkelling equipment available. It is walking distance to some amazing views, restaurants, bars and beach access.

Entrance and key cards was a plus. The view was amazing. The staff was amazing.

Great option for Grenada that isn’t an all inclusive. Super friendly and helpful staff. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms.

We had the best time at Villa Kaya! Everything was better than we had imagine. The place is breathtaking, especially the view of our balcony. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Huge shoutout to Mia who helped us book dinner reservations and sent us complementary champagne. We can’t wait to go back to Grenada, we will always know to choose Villa Kaya as our home away from home.

I can't fault our stay on this fantastic Island of Grenada. The most fantastic villa kaya, I don't want to really say how wonderful it is as it's so wonderful because of the lack of commercialism and it's tranquillity. The team looking after Villa Kaya are superb and Mia couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. We adored Villa Kaya, it's views,set in gorgeous nature's surrounded by sea views. Thankyou.

The property is nicely and sustainably landscaped to fit in on the hillside it sits on. I enjoyed sitting on the dock over the water with the breeze blowing at sunset watching the birds dive into the water for fish. Mia, Madonna and Kelon could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Stunning property very close to Morne Rouge Beach, one of the best on the island. An easy swim, paddle board or walk from Villa Kaya. Great views, fabulous room. Very comfortable. Great decking area to sit on or swim from. We stayed in Driftwood which was very generous in size and well equipped. Breakfast was simple and could be improved a little, Staff very friendly. The Brisa Mar restaurant next door was decent. Not far fo walk to Grand Anse beach. Would love to have stayed longer.
