Room was clean but outside road noice was horrible it felt like our room window was next to the street There is a main road near and the trucks noice you hear is super loud Restaurant closed at 4 pm too

The bathroom smells like fungi. The pictures in the advertising are just for that, for advertising only. The entire place is dark. No employees around, except the security guard. It is NOT allowed to walk around the facilities, except from the parking to the room and back.

My daughter and wife and I are extremely happy with this place and the staff We definitely recommend this place and we are coming back as well this is like the 3rd time we stay there

It is extremely nice place The gardens are very beautiful! There’s a dog that my daughter named vanilla that is extremely nice to people very friendly BIG DOG but very friendly

Nice grounds. Don’t trust Google maps to find it. For some reason it isn’t exact, but close. I had to call the hotel.

Arriving in the evening for my one night stay we were met at the security gate by a guard who appeared less than friendly. He asked brusque questions, asked how we were going to pay, and did not volunteer that as it was after hours the reception was closed he was the one who had the keys and was checking us in. It was a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience and if the guards are expected to act as receptionists they need some training in customer service. The hotel could also do with informing guests of this situation before arrival as it is unusual and not something i was prepared for. I did not appreciate being made to feel like an unwelcome guest. The room was ok but felt damp and chilly, the bed creaky and linen clean but again felt damp and was not pleasant to crawl into. The refrigerator in the room was so loud i had to unplug it. Noise from neighbouring rooms is also an issue. The noise from the motorway outside is very loud all night. The compound is pretty but badly signposted and the next morning i did not know how to get to reception or breakfast, as nothing had been explained when the guard directed me to my room. You are far from the city and its not a nice walkable area if that is something you want. I would not stay again.

the property has simple amenities but is affordable and clean, secure and the staff is great.

Limpieza excelente, restaurante cerrado día lunes, mucha luz afuera de la habitación al momento de dormir, un poco descuidado el área de jardín donde están ubicados los dormitorios.

Excellent endroit, chambres très propres, tranquille et de très bons déjeuners puis un très bon service de chambre.

Good security. Didn’t like that there was a party going on with lots of noise until at least 2:00 am couldn’t sleep

Nice little hotel right on the main highway. Easy to find... quiet place. Nice room. Very hot water for shower (that’s a plus in Guatemala). Room had a mini fridge, coffee machine with complimentary coffee. Clean and neat

Beautiful calm peaceful hotel with lovely grounds just outside Guatemala City. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Simple room, wonderful shower. Highly recommend
