The service

I love the location and scenery, quite, affordable, the associates are very welcoming. But only if I had to work with the WIFI I would be in shambles

La femme qui était sur place pour gérer les réservations a été mal poli ,l’eau étant limitée à un bouteille par personne personnel dit qu’ont n’a pas le doit à avoir nos boissons pour acheter sur place à des prix pas raisonnable ,les invités ne peuvent pas voir notre chambre et la porte de salle de bain ne pouvait pas se fermer car elle était brisée. Il n’on pas changé le lit une fois des nôtres arrivée , le soir impossible d’avoir du service.

Clean and security

The young lady customer service is awesome! She is a great person for the job, the gentlemen as well were nice. Keep up the awesome work with those individual. I will continue to go there just for them. The breakfast, the rooms, the service-two thumbs up and more.

Omg you guys was the best and Mikerlange I hope that’s her name lol she was very nice and helpful, breakfast was perfect also the cleaning guy he was so cool and knows how to clean I like the way he made decorations with the towels in the bed , the gate man was very nice I didn’t know about you guys before from now on that’s where I will be each time I go to port au prince thank you guys

The Good: View - Stunning views of city and and about. Location - The hotel seems to be located in a safer environment. Staff - The welcome was decent. Cleanliness - The room was very clean and smell good. It was one of the more appealing aspects of the hotel Food - Food was for the most part delicious, both breakfast and dinner. It was actually wonderful! A special shoutout to the cook, Sherley. Not too much to complain. Towels - Most of the time there was sufficient amount of towels provided The Bad: Hot Water - No warm, much less hot water. Explanation provided. However insufficient with no discount given. Shower - No door in the shower, which means bathroom would constantly be wet Toilet Paper - No toilet paper at times, due to no additional roll of paper placed in the bathroom. Had to ask each time. Wi-Fi - Most of the time, slow to non-existent. It was horrible actually! TV - There's a smart tv available (neat), however useless (see above) Parking - Safe garage, however too inconvenient to find someone to go open it each time. Ease of Entry - Once again quite inconvenient. At times it took too long for someone to come open the gate. Not safe to be standing outside, ringing bell and waiting for so long! It would have been nice it this was an electric gate with tenants having a security card to simply open the gate. The nature of the country makes it all understandable. The Ugly: Driver needs some human relations training! Had to rent a car instead. Very rude!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms and pool are very clean. The AC works great and I could even sign into Netflix at night. It’s also located in a quiet area.
