Our experience at the Conrad Hong Kong was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were unfailingly courteous and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — not only was the buffet selection extensive and delicious, but the chef went out of his way to prepare a special nut-free meal for my daughter, ensuring her safety and comfort.
The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, with direct access to a shopping mall and just steps from major subway lines. Every detail, from the well-appointed rooms to the thoughtful service, reflects true five-star quality. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Staff were incredibly polite and attentive, especially at the extensive breakfast buffet where the chef personally prepared special nut-free items for my daughter with a nut allergy. Beautiful hotel, great amenities, and unbeatable location — connected to a luxury shopping mall with many restaurants and close to all major subway lines. 室内も美しいですが、おトイレの水が流れず香港はこんなものかと半分諦めていましたが、不便なのでメモを残しておくと直してくれたので､もっと早く言っておけば良かったです
フロントの女性が無愛想で、日本のコンラッドとはかなり対応が違って怖かったです

The room had a great view and was very comfortable. Staff were exceptional, always very friendly and helpful. The dining areas were lovely. Loved the breakfast in particular. Great pool! Would certainly stay at the Conrad again when we next visit HK

The Conrad is a very nice hotel, the room is nice, clean with a great view, however we did not like the small separate toilet room, too small.
The area is good and we found it easy to walk to the Peak Tram and Hong Kong Park, as well the Botanical Garden/Zoo.
Our check-in however was not a good experience, we arrived early and were prepared to wait until reg check-n time but after asking if the room could be ready early or on time, when we came back to the front desk the room was still not ready 30 min past check-in, we had another 30-40 min wait time until the room was ready, an hour past normal time, no apology, no comp.
The facilities, food was great, pool was very nice.
The shopping mall below the streets and Conrad was very convenient and filled with good stores.
Overall we might not go back but the location was great, so maybe.
