There is a shuttle bus but we used taxis as they are cheaper than the IK.
Great views from our 15th floor room.

Safe and quiet area in Wan Chai, very close to Causeway Bay , Happy Valley racetrack and admiralty.
Other than location, i also chose this hotel because it has a bathtub.
Great place if you plan to be out most of the time.

I would not recommend this hotel, it is worn out and tired. Rooms and hallways have not been maintained and also appear to be humidity damaged. It is also strange that the rooms are not provided with hand soap. When asked the front desk suggested I purchase soap from a near by convenience store.

This hotel is a 2 star at best. The bed was very hard with the bed slats poking through the mattress. There was no hand soap available, I had to purchase my own. Amenities were available for purchase from a vending machine in the lobby. I had to ask for toilet paper. The blow dryer was horrible only 1 speed worked and the flow was nonexistent. There was only 1 electrical socket that worked in the room. The towels were worn with stains. Oh, and I was told that my room was upgraded. I would hate to see the non upgraded rooms.

The room was good: small fridge, space to move even with our two big and two small suitcases, daily cleaning, good WiFi . Even though only two lifts, we didn't have to wait long. Free drinking water dispenser in foyer.
No small bottles of shampoo, toothbrush etc due to HK legislation .
A reasonable number of buses stop in front of the hotel. Tram a three min walk away. MTR (underground) a bit farther away.
Free shuttle bus to airport express check-in and few other locations.

Customer service was lacking, not doing any more than checking in and out, marginally answering questions.
Access to the room:
- the last night, at 10:30 pm, someone knocked, shouted "housekeeping", unlocked the door and started entering the room (10:30 at night!!)
- the next morning, when I went for a walk for breakfast (a couple of hours before check out), I was locked out, key card no longer worked. After going to the front desk about and getting a new card, security escorted me back to the room and acted like I didn't know how to use the keycard.
- then about thirty minutes before check out, I heard the lock mechanism on the door...it was resetting. So when I left again, I was locked out. (Thankfully I had everything with me)
The hotel was a fine experience before then: nothing bad or extra about it. After the last night and morning, I felt unwelcomed.

The check-in was easy and quick. I came before the check-in time but my room was ready and I was able to get the room.
The rooms had two cups that looked like they had not been washed before I got them. After having used them myself and requested the room to be cleaned the cups were rinsed but not washed so they still contained stains from the drink I had in them. I dropped something on the floor and when I looked under the bed I could see that the hotel never clean under the beds.
The room had a constant noise from the ventilation system, which I have found is very common in Hong Kong.
The stag was nice and helpful with any requests. The hotel is located quite good when it came to using public transport.

As per their ad that it’s suitable for family i will advise otherwise. We booked 2 bedrooms and paid the 2 double bed rooms as advertised on Expedia. There was no double beds, only single beds. There was 6 of us so 2 double beds per room was ideal but we had to make do with 2 single beds in one and a double bed in the other. There was only 4 pillows and 4 towels for 6 people. Our booking was clear for 6 people. We asked for late checkout since our departure was late we were told to check later on only to be told last minute to vacate the room. So we sat out from 11am till 5pm before we head to the airport for our 9pm departure. I wouldnt recommend Cosmo hotel for families

こちらには何回目かの滞在ですが今回２３階の広めの部屋を取ってくれました。希望したバスタブもついていたのでとても満足です。朝食はボックスに入ってるのをロビーに取りに行きます。coffee、tea、オレンジジュースから飲み物を選べました。
ソーセージや卵が主ですが中華の点心の時もありました。湯葉巻きと粽が美味しかったです。
系列のドーセットホテルからのシャトルバスに乗れますがホテルの前にはバス停があるので灣仔、金鐘、中環、上環の方に行くのに便利です。トラムの停車場もすぐなので東へも西へも自由に行けます。
繁華街からは離れていますが交通が便利なので人混みを抜ける煩わしさが無いので良いと思います。

The hotel had advertising for an in-house bar next to the elevator on my floor. The downstairs area where the bar used to be was now a storage area. Where's the gym? In the Dorsett. Where's the laundry service? In the Dorsett. Ah well, I got what I paid for and by all observations both the bed, shower and toilet were clean.

繁華街からは離れていますが交通が便利なので人混みを抜ける煩わしさが無いので良いと思います。

Very courteous and polite staff. We were allowed early check in and late check out without any hassle.
Rooms were clean and hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants and public transport.

The hotel had advertising for an in-house bar next to the elevator on my floor. The downstairs area where the bar used to be was now a storage area. Where's the gym? In the Dorsett. Where's the laundry service? In the Dorsett. Ah well, I got what I paid for and by all observations both the bed, shower and toilet were clean.
