We had the most incredible stay at Four Seasons Hong Kong! Our 7 days could not have been more perfect and this was mainly due to the wonderful people there. The Executive Club/Lounge Team are truly amazing, always so friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention needs to go to all of them and apologies if I have missed anyone, Christine, Elise, Anthony, Connie, Christina, Ryan and Osman. They gave us some really lovely surprises, a big birthday macaroon with Prosecco, a beautiful hand written card highlighting our experience watching the football team we support and other beautiful, thoughtful treats. Another huge surprise which was arranged by the Executive Team was when, upon our arrival at the airport for our sad departure (we didn’t want to leave the Four Seasons Hotel and HK), we were greeted by Christopher and Johnson from the Airport Team who very kindly helped us through check-in and took us right up to the security area. The Housekeeping Team is also second to none, they do an immaculate job each and every day, well twice a day! The property itself is superb with excellent amenities and our Executive Harbour View room was fabulous with everything we could possibly need. A visit to the lovely Spa is an ideal way to relax after a busy day exploring HK. The pools are great with inspiring views of the harbour and Central. A heartfelt thank you to the special people we met as this was simply the best holiday of our lives!

Simply the best, I have been staying here every time I visit Hong Kong for nearly 15 years . The location is ideal and close to everything you need. Very friendly for families with kids or to a business trip. The stuff is amazing and made us feel like the most important guest every time we stay. Looking forward to our next stay next time we visit Hong Kong

Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar per l’aperitivo L hotel ha qualcosa in più degli altri 5 stelle in cui sono stata.il sevizio e’ ottimo , la camera viene rifatta due volte al giorno , e in camera sempre frutta fresca e acqua La vista della camera vista porto e’ spettacolare Nella struttura ci sono vari ristoranti e bar: noi abbiamo provato per cena il the lounge: mangiato molto bene, il menù’ è un mix orientale e occidentale Con due bicchieri di vino spesa 200 euro La piscina è super: una piscina relax con vista spettacolare sul mare, una piscina per il nuoto e 2 idromassaggi caldi Unica cosa che ci ha lasciati perplessi perché non ci è mai successo,è che avendo il volo la sera tardi non ci hanno dato l opportunità di utilizzare la spa o la piscina x una doccia prima del viaggio ma abbiamo dovuto pagare la camera per un’ altra mezza giornata

I believe the basic hospitality standards were not met during my stay. There was no inquiry about my comfort or if I had any inconveniences during checkout. Simple greetings and interactions were missing. Additionally, I noticed that staff members were often gathered together, chatting, and did not acknowledge guests passing by. I was quite surprised at the decline in the service quality at this hotel. Furthermore, the temperature, humidity, and odor management on my floor seemed to be lacking.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit extrem aufmerksamen Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit viel Komfort ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber zu Fuß etwas unpraktisch zu erreichen. Eigentlich führt der einzig sinnvolle Weg über eine Mall.

I believe the basic hospitality standards were not met during my stay. There was no inquiry about my comfort or if I had any inconveniences during checkout. Simple greetings and interactions were missing. Additionally, I noticed that staff members were often gathered together, chatting, and did not acknowledge guests passing by. I was quite surprised at the decline in the service quality at this hotel. Furthermore, the temperature, humidity, and odor management on my floor seemed to be lacking.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit extrem aufmerksamen Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit viel Komfort ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber zu Fuß etwas unpraktisch zu erreichen. Eigentlich führt der einzig sinnvolle Weg über eine Mall.
