ที่พักดีมาก ใกล้ MTR ใกล้ป้ายรถบัสไปกลับสนามบิน (A22) ไม่เก็บมัดจำค่าห้อง ห้องพักสะอาด แม่บ้านเข้ามาทำห้อง เติมน้ำ เติมอุปกรณ์ทุกวัน ห้องเล็กมากสไตล์ฮ่องกง แต่ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด การจัดห้องทำได้ดี ห้องน้ำแยกส่วนเปียกแห้งดีมาก พนักงานฟร้อนให้บริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม ช่วยเหลือดี ฝากกระเป๋าทั้งก่อนเช็คอินและหลังเช็คเอาท์ได้ รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ ราคาไม่แพงอยู่เยอะ โดยรวมแล้ว แนะนำอย่างยิ่ง

ラウンジで飲料水をもらえる。汲みに行くためのボトルもお部屋に設置されていて助かる。朝はパンやジュースも無料。ただしこのあたりの案内、チェックイン時に説明が無いので注意。接客態度が悪い訳では無いです。

simカードの登録がわからなくて困っていたところ日本語が話せるスタッフが親身になって手伝ってもらってとても助かりました。
部屋の設備に不備がありましたがフロントに伝えたところ快くルームチェンジをしていただき快適に宿泊できました。

非常失望。辦入住的職員面無表情，厭世的態度。接電話也是一樣，還沒睡醒的語氣。房間格局就是情侶開房用的。簡陋，殘舊。還好只是住一晚。但很夠了，以後不會再住這裡。

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, they only have 3 lifts, and throughout our stay 1 was out of service, so we had to wait a long time for a lift as it kept skipping our floor.
Housekeeping was really good. The lady who looked after floor 9 was always friendly and helpful.

The place is good however, during our stay the elevator stops working and 2 of my old friend have 2walk up and down for a day in 11 floor. They don't offer any compensation after that whole day incident

I like the easy access to public transit. It's relatively quiet considering it is near the market place. Also, the street is not that crowded. The hotel cleaning crew is hard working & kept my room in good order.
There are a few things I don't like:
1. They don't accept Apple Pay
2. The room size is smaller than the one they show on the web site (there is no space between the bed and the table, and missing the chair)
3. They didn't tell me that breakfast is provided (even though it's a simple one, just muffins, OJ & coffee)

The hotel is very clean. I feel comfortable for staying 3 weeks. It is closed to MTR just walking distance. Staff is nice. One thing I like is closed to the local market. Definitely I will come again

Room was OK (however, great view of the Kai Tak area from the 19th floor) but if could have done with being redecorated. Reception staff were quite off hand and not at all friendly or welcoming, with the exception of Andy(?) the porter who was very helpful and friendly. When l went back to collect my bag, after l had checked out earlier, l asked the receptionist if there was a bin where l could dispose of an empty drink bottle, l was told 'yes, on the 2nd floor', at this point the hotel foyer was very busy with a large tour group who were queuing to use the elevators, this despite the empty bin l could see behind the receptionist... I found a waste bin on the street.

The room is considered standard for the country but not for other countries. The room is clean though i found a pen mark on my blanket and some of the sheets. Amenities are good, they could have added some lotion to the toiletries.. not much instructions/info about the hotel, have to figure out some stuff. Overall though, the hotel is not too bad, close to mtr, market, some restaurants.
